Bihar DCECE 2025 Counselling Process

The following are the steps included in the DCECE counselling 2025 process:

Step 1: Complete DCECE Option Entry 2025

According to the latest Bihar DCECE counselling 2025 updates, no registration is required. Students can directly access the DCECE choice filling 2025 window by using their DCECE registration number and password. In the option entry, students must choose their preferred institutes in which they wish to get admission in from the list published on the board's official website. Students will be asked to lock and submit their final choices after picking their chosen institutes. Following that, students must acquire a printout of their choice filling form for future reference.

Step 2: DCECE Provisional Seat Allotment

After completing the DCECE choice-filling process, students will receive their provisional seat assignment letter online. Students can view and download their DCECE 2025 provisional seat allotment letter by logging into the official BCECEB website. Students will have the option to challenge the provisional seat allotment through their registered email address. Students have to send their objections against the provisional seat allotment by email at objection.bceceboard@gmail.com. Following that, the actual seat allotment result will be displayed. Students will be assigned seats based on the choices they filled during option entry, their entrance exam scores, and the availability of seats in the different courses/streams and institutes in Bihar. Students must print their provisional seat assignment letter and save it for future reference. 

Step 3: Document Verification

DCECE 2025 document verification round will be held in offline mode. Students who have received a DCECE seat allotment letter must then visit their assigned institutes to finish the admission procedure. At the time of document verification, students must verify that they have all of the necessary papers and certificates. After the DCECE 2025 document verification round, students must log in again for the final seat allocation and pay the entrance fee to secure their seat at the assigned college.

Bihar DCECE 2025 Choice Filling & Locking

The DCECE choice filling 2025 for mop-up round is being done from August 4 to 8, 2025. The students must keep in mind the following points related to Bihar DCECE 2025 choice filling & locking:

• The choice filling can be done at the time of registering for the counselling process. Through the process, the students will have to enter their choice of colleges & branches to which they want to get admission.

• It must be noted that priority numbers must be provided to the choices, for example, 1,2,3,4, and so on. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of priority numbers provided by the students.

• The students are advised to choose as many colleges & branches as possible to maximize their chances of admission

• The students can edit their choices until the last date of choice filling. The students must lock their choices on the last date or else the last filled choices will be automatically saved. No changes will be allowed after choice locking.

• Registration, choice filling & locking will be done through OTP, which will be sent to the registered number and email of the students. The students are not allowed to change their registered email ID and mobile number.

• The choice filling & locking is a one-time process. The students who fail to fill their choices for the first round of counseling will not be allowed to fill the choices in subsequent rounds either.

• The students must take a printout of the choice filling form and save it for future reference.
