The MH SET 2026 application form is expected to be released by the Savitribai Phule Pune University in February 2026, on the official website at setexam.unipune.ac.in/. The application forms will be released for the Assistant Professor positions in Maharashtra and Goa. You will be able to apply for the MH SET 2026 exam till March, without any late fee. You must enter your registered Email ID and Password to get access to the MH SET application forms. With a late fee of INR 500, you can submit your application form after the deadline.

You are also required to pay the required MH SET application fee along with filling out the online registration form. The application fee is INR 800/- for General category candidates, while for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PwD categories, the fee is INR 650/-. How to Fill MH SET Application Form 2026?

Candidates can follow the simple steps mentioned below to fill the application form for MH SET 2026:

Step 1 - User Registration

• Firstly, click on the direct link mentioned above or you can directly visit the official website.
• After clicking on the above link, you will see an option that indicates ‘Apply Now’
• The candidates need to complete the ‘User Registration’ first
• The candidates need to create the ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’.
• The candidates need to enter his/ her e-mail id and mobile number to receive the User ID and Password.
• After the successful registration, the candidates will receive Username and Password on their e-mail
• The candidates can fill the online application form only by entering Username and Password.

Step 2 - Application Form Filling

• The second step in the registration process of MH SET is form filling.
• The candidates need to enter the User Name and Password to login
• After the login, the application form will be displayed on the screen.
• The candidates will have to fill all the details carefully such as Personal Details, Qualification Details, Exam Centre Preference and Subject.
• After filling all the details, click on submit.
• A unique application number will be generated after the application form submission. The candidates are advised to note down the application number for future reference.

Step 3 - Uploading Photograph & Signature

• At this step, the candidates need to upload the photograph and signature.
• The candidates need to upload these scanned copy of photograph and signature as per the specified size mentioned above.

Step 4 - Application Fee Payment

• The final step in the registration process of MH SET is the payment of application fee.
• The application fee details are given above, and the candidates need to pay the same by using credit or debit card or internet banking facility.

After completing all the above steps successfully, the candidates need to take the printout of the application form. The candidates are not required to send the printout of the application form to SPPU by post.
