NCHMCT JEE 2019 result will be announced by NTA on its official web site i.e www.ntanchm.nic.in by 15th May 2019. To view the results, candidates will have to enter their Roll number, the Application number, Date of Birth and Security Pin. There is no other mode to check the result. NCHMCT JEE 2019 scorecard is not sent via email/post. The validity of NCHMCTJEE score is one year. The result of NCHMCT JEE 2019 will consist of the section-wise scores of candidates in the NEST
The admissions will be done solely on the merit basis of NCHMCT JEE 2019 after the declaration of result. More than 8,000 seats will be allotted across 58 participating hotel management institutes i.e 21 central institutes of hotel management, 22 state government institutes of hotel management, 14 private institutes of hotel management and 1 public sector undertaking.
On the basis of the result of NCHMCT JEE 2019, a merit list will be prepared for the candidates. Candidates meeting the cut-off list will be selected for NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling. The NCHMCT JEE 2019 merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the NCHMCT JEE 2019 written test. Those candidates who make it to the merit list will be called upon to participate in the NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling process. Non-eligible candidates will be not allowed to take part in the counselling process for allotment of seat in NCHMCT 2019 participating colleges.

The candidates can access the NCHMCT JEE 2019 merit list on the NCHMCT JEE official website.
The merit list will be based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam.
Only those candidates who have qualified the examination will find their name/s in the NCHMCT JEE 2019 merit list.
Those candidates whose name/s are listed in the merit list and NCHMCT JEE 2019 cutoff list will be eligible for further admission process.

Candidates can view their NCHMCT JEE 2019 result by following the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA i.e .https://ntanchm.nic.in/ntanchmcms/public/home.aspx
Step 2: Click on the link available for checking 'NCHMCT JEE-2019 Result'.
Step 3: A new page will open where you will have to enter details like Application number, Roll number, and Date of Birth (whatever field needs to be filled).
Step 4: After entering the details and clicking on 'Submit', candidates will be able to view their NCHMCT JEE 2019 result.
Step 5: Download and take a print of NCHMCT JEE 2019 scorecard.
The scorecard of NCHMCT JEE 2019 will have the following details:
Candidate’s Registration number
NCHMCT JEE Application number
Candidate’s Photograph with his digital Signature
Candidate’s Postal address and Contact details
The NCHMCT JEE 2019 exam will be conducted in different slots and thus the difficulty level of the question papers of all the different slots will vary. To counter this, the conducting body will prepare a Normalised Score for NCHMCT JEE 2019. Through this process, the exam conducting body will ensure that no student is in an advantageous or disadvantageous position due to the difficulty level of the NCHMCT JEE question paper. Under the normalisation process:
The normalised score of the candidates will be less than the actual marks if he/she appeared in the slot which was relatively easy.
The normalised score of the candidate will be more than the actual marks if he/she appeared in the slot which was relatively tougher.
The normalisation score is calculated by the normalisation formulae which is:
(Total number of candidates in the ‘Slot’ with aggregate marks less than the candidate/ Total number of candidates in the ‘Slot')*100
NCHMCT JEE 2019 merit list will be prepared by NTA on the basis of marks secured by the candidates. After the announcement of the result, the separate merit list will be maintained on the basis of cut-off marks. Only those applicants who have made it to the merit list will be called in for NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling. Applicants who are not eligible will be disqualified from participating in the counselling session. In case applicants secure equal marks, the merit will be determined as
The applicant, who has scored higher marks in English section, will be ranked higher.
In the case of applicants securing equal marks in NCHMCT JEE, as well as in English component of NCHMCT JEE, then the candidate securing higher marks in Service Aptitude Component of NCHMCT JEE will be ranked higher.
If there is still a tie after considering the above mentioned two scenarios, then the applicant older in age will be ranked higher.
The All-India Merit List prepared by the concerned authority may contain a number of students who have scored the same marks. In such a scenario, a tie-breaker method will be applied on the basis of:
Marks obtained in the English section of NCHMCT JEE 2019 exam.
Marks secured by the candidates in the Aptitude for Service Sector section.
Candidates who are older.
After the declaration of NCHMCT JEE 2019 result, the eligible candidates will be invited for NCHMCT 2019 counselling process which is scheduled to commence around the fourth week of May 2019. The eligible candidates will receive an e-mail regarding the counselling process.
All the qualified candidates must download their NCHMCT JEE 2019 counselling call letter from the official NCHMCT JEE website to participate in the counselling process.
The candidates must check the official website of the NCHMCT JEE 2019 participating institute in which they desire to take admission.
The candidates will be allotted seats according to the marks they have scored in the entrance exam.
After the allotment of seats, the candidates have to report to their allotted college for completion of admission procedure.
During the counselling process, the candidates have to fill submit their college choice for admission.
The candidates will be allotted a college as per the All India Rank and choice of college they have submitted during the counselling process.
