There are 5 sections in the exam, such as Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and General Knowledge. The overall mark in the online test is 60, and an additional PI round is also conducted.

SLAT Exam Pattern 2026: The SLAT exam pattern is provided by Symbiosis International University (SIU). You are advised to check the exam pattern to get an idea about the exam format. Once you are familiar with the test pattern, you will get to know the sections involved, the marking scheme, the test duration, total marks, etc.
The examination will be organised in the Computer-Based Test mode, and the duration is 60 minutes. You will be awarded 1 mark for each question, and there is no negative marking. Those who attempt the written test can take part in the PI round.
