SMIT Online Test 2021 Application Form (B.Tech)

SMIT B.Tech application form 2021 has been released, and the last date to register for the online entrance test is April 10, 2021. The application form for SMIT B.Tech Admission has been issued by Sikkim Manipal University. Therefore, candidates willing to appear for the entrance exam must fill the SMIT B.Tech application form before the deadline.

Note: Those who are planning to take admission through JEE Main 2021 or MAHE OUT (previously known as MU OET) 2021, also have to fill and submit the SMIT B.Tech application form.

In Online Mode

Candidate applying online are required to visit the official website of SMIT i.e. www.apply.smu.edu.in.

Registration:

• Click on the 'SMU Admission' tab and select drop down menu for online registration.

• Candidates have to enter the following details on the registration page and click on the declaration box and then click on ‘Register’ button to fill their Name, Address, City, State, Country, Pin code, E-mail address, Mobile number, Course applying form, Security code.

• After filling the requisite information, candidates have to confirm the same via OTP.

• OTP is sent to the candidates' registered E-mail address and Mobile number.

• After that, candidates have to click on the URL sent to the e-mail address.

• Candidates have to purchase the application form by paying INR 800 online.

• Upon successful payment of application fee, candidates are provided with Application number and Password that they have to use to log in and fill SMIT B.Tech application form.

Filling of Application Form

• In this step, candidates have to enter their personal details such as Name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Caste,  Religion, Category, Father's Name, Mother's name.

• Also, candidates must provide their Educational details such as Board Name, Year, Total Marks, Marks obtained, Percentage, School Name and Communication details.

Uploading of Documents:

• Candidates have to upload their recently clicked Passport size Photograph and Signature in JPG format and the maximum size of the file can be 200 KB and dimension can be 200 x 200 pixels.

Payment of Application Fee:

• The application fee of SMIT B.Tech can be paid through the Credit card / Debit card / Net banking.

• The application fee is INR 800/-.

• Candidates applying for admission through other entrance examination are not required to pay any additional fee.

Download the Application Form:

• After successfully filling the application form, candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form and keep it safe for further rounds.
