The Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TNSET) 2025 result has been declared on the official TRB website, trb.tn.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam held from March 6 to 9, 2025, can now check their results online by logging in with their roll number and password. The results are available in PDF format and include details such as roll number, marks, and qualifying status. This year, the exam was conducted across 43 subjects in 12 exam centers, with a total of 99,178 registrations, out of which 76,150 candidates appeared. The Teachers Selection Board (TSB), the nodal agency for TNSET, prepared the qualified candidates’ list as per Government Order dated 17.12.2024. The list has been released considering subject-wise marks, caste rotation rules, and reservations for women, differently-abled, and Tamil-medium students. The cut-off marks, along with subject-wise and category-wise details, have also been published. The TNSET is conducted to determine eligibility for Assistant Professor posts in Tamil Nadu colleges and universities. Candidates are advised to download their results and check the official notification for further updates.
