Candidates can also download a college-by-college allotment list from the admission portal. Students can follow these simple procedures to download the allotment order.

• Applicants can use their device browser to access the official website of TSCHE to check out the web option link.

• Students must navigate to the TS EDCET admission link on the front page once they arrive at the TSCHE website. They will be taken to a new tab. Once the counselling notices are released, the TS EDCET admission link will be activated.

• The admission website will be opened after clicking on the TS EDCET admission link. Now, on the home page, they must click on the candidate login link.

• Candidates can access the college-specific allotment list in PDF format via this website.

• Applicants must input their login information, such as their Hall ticket number, date of birth, and rank, and then click the login button on this page.

• They need to provide the payment challan for the counselling fees and the joining report during the counselling process

• The initial certificate verification will be performed using scanned copies of original papers uploaded per the standards.
• If there is any uncertainty, an inquiry will be made over the phone to determine the truth and correctness of the documents.
• Before the web options entry starts, a provision / link for exercising choices will be made available on the official website.
• The college will generate the list of conditionally selected applicants and post it on the website. SMS notifications will be delivered to the valid telephone number provided in the application.
• The tuition cost must be paid by challan at the approved bank.
• Candidates who received a seat (provisional allotment) in the counselling can access the website to retrieve the fee payment challan and joining report.
• Final seat allocation for admission is dependent on acceptable verification of all original certificates at the reporting college and the production of the paid challan.
• Candidates must report to the relevant college and present all original certificates within the time frame specified.

• The joining report and the original Transfer Certificate must be signed and submitted to the designated college.

If the candidate withdraws from the programme, the tuition fee will be forfeited as described below -

• Following the first phase, the entire tuition money will be reimbursed.
• 50% of the amount after the final step and before the cutoff date notified for cancellation in the allotment order.

TS EDCET 2026 Seat Allotment Rules of Reservation for Admission

Admissions will be made by the norms of reservations in effect at the time of Counselling. Here are the significant guidelines that is followed for the reservation of seats during the TS EDCET seat allotment 2026 -

• The Convener of Admissions will fill 100% of University College seats and 75% of the sanctioned intake of seats in the unaided, affiliated, minority, and non-minority professional institutions.

• Admission to 85 percent of the convener quota of seats in the State's affiliated colleges should be earmarked for Telangana State local candidates, with the remaining 15 percent being unreserved seats.

• The applicant must meet local / non-local status requirements as provided in the regulations.

• Non-local candidates are only eligible for 15% of unreserved seats. Local candidates are also suitable for 15% of unreserved seats and 85% of seats designated for the local region.

• Students from the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) who are not covered by the reservation plan for SCs, STs, and BCs will be given a 10% reservation at educational institutions in the State of Telangana.

• Principals are advised to fill the management quota of seats in their respective colleges by publishing a separate notice in the top daily newspapers and adhering to TSCHE norms.

• Candidates should be accepted following the current admission rules. The specifics of the seats filled under the "Management Quota" must be notified to the TSCHE for approval and confirmation.
