Levels of UPSC CSE Result 2023

UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2023

UPSC CSE prelims 2023 will be conducted on 28 May 2023 and the students can check their results only after the exam is successfully concluded for all of the applicants. The UPSC Civil Services 2023 Prelims results are released via a PDF on the official website which contains the list of the roll numbers shortlisted for the next rounds. The UPSC CSE Prelims exam is conducted via two papers: General Studies and CSAT. In order to be eligible for the UPSC Mains exam 2023, candidates must pass both the papers of the UPSC CSE Prelims exam.

UPSC CSE Mains Result 2023

UPSC CSE Mains 2023 will be conducted on 15 September 2023 after the conclusion of the preliminary exam. In order to sit for the Interview round, candidates have to pass the Mains exam of UPSC Civil Services first.

Will there be an individual cut-off for two papers in Civil Service Prelims?

The minimum cut off marks for Paper 2 is 33 percent. The Commission may fix a minimum cut-off mark for Paper 1 too.

Will there be negative marks or different marks for Preliminary Questions?

There will be negative marking for incorrect answers for all questions except some of the questions where the negative marking will be inbuilt in the form of different marks being awarded to the most appropriate and not so appropriate answers for such questions.

No, an attempt will be counted only if you have appeared in at least one paper.
