UBTER JEEP Application Form 2026

The Uttarakhand JEEP 2026 Application Form will be released by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee, through online mode at ubterjeep.co.in, in the first week of January 2026. The registration form of UBTER JEEP 2026 will be made available through online mode till the second or third week of May 2026. The offline application form will be released in the 4th week January 2026 and made available till the second or third week of April 2026. The UBTER JEEP 2026 application process includes registration, form filling, uploading documents, and payment of fees. The candidates needed to submit documents like scanned images and signatures as specified by the examination authorities as a part of the application form filling.

The UBTER JEEP Admit Card 2026 will be released only to those candidates who have successfully filled the Uttarakhand JEEP 2026 Application Form within the due date. The UBTER JEEP application fee is INR 500 for SC and ST category candidates and INR 800 for the rest of the categories. Steps to fill UBTER JEEP Application Form 2026

Here is what the applicants have to do step by step to successfully apply for the Uttarakhand JEEP 2026 exam - 

Step 1: Visit the UBTER JEEP official website at www.ubterjeep.in.

Step 2: Choose your course and then click the "Click here to Apply Now" button.

Step 3: Registration

On the screen, the application page will be displayed. Fill up your personal and address information, such as birth date, father's name, gender, category, qualifying exam, Aadhaar number, and so on. Then press the "Register Now" button.

Step 4: Upload documents

Candidates must upload their scanned image and signature after submitting their fees. Then, press the "submit" button. All needed documents must be included in the Application Form by candidates.

Step 5: Payment of fees

Then, the candidate needs to pay the UBTER JEEP application fees. The fee can be paid by credit card, debit card, or net banking. Now, select the "Click here to make an online payment" option. Make your payment and then click the "Pay Now" button. Make a note of your registration number.

After payment of application fees, the JEEP Application Form 2026 will be submitted automatically. Candidates must download and print their completed application form. Candidates should keep their application form copy secure till the counselling and admission procedure is completed.

How to Fill Offline UBTER JEEP Application Form 2026?

The offline UBTER JEEP 2026 application form can be obtained from any Uttarakhand Polytechnic college. Candidates must complete the form in accordance with the instructions provided in the offline form. After completing the form, aspirants must send it to the polytechnic college together with the Demand Draft (DD) of Application Fees before the deadline.

UBTER JEEP Application Form Image Specifications

The candidates must be aware of the specifications given below while uploading their photograph and signature during the Uttarakhand JEEP application process - 

Photograph

• Applicants must upload their recent coloured passport-sized photographs

• The photograph should have a light-coloured (best if it would be white) background

• The applicants must be looking straight at the camera with a relaxed face in the photograph

• The applicants must avoid harsh shadows if they are capturing the image on a sunny day

• The applicants must avoid "Red-Eye" while capturing the image using a flash

• Glass-wearing applicants must make sure their eyes are visible in the photograph

• Applicants must avoid wearing caps, hats, and dark glasses in the photograph. They can wear religious caps provided it is not covering their face

• The dimension of the photograph should be 200 x 230 pixels

• The size of the photograph should be between 20 KB and 50 KB (size can be adjusted in the Scanner/Paint/Other Picture Tools)

Signature

• The signature must be on white paper in Blue/Black ink

• The applicants must themself put the signature on the white paper

• The applicants must use the same signature everywhere failing to do so will lead to their disqualification

• The applicants must scan only that area of the white paper where their signatures are

• The dimension of the signature image should be 140 x 60 pixels

• The size of the signature image should be between 10 KB and 20 KB 

UBTER JEEP 2026 Application Form Correction

The authorities will provide the option of application form correction through which candidates can correct the errors made in their form. Candidates who fill out the application form successfully will be issued the Uttarakhand JEEP 2026 admit card.

Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education has announced Uttarakhand JEEP 2026 Exam Centres on the official website at ubterjeep.co.in.
