Name of the Programme
Duration of the Programme
Diploma in Engineering/Technology
Applicants should have passed their class Xth exam from Uttarakhand Board (or equivalent) with at least 35% aggregate and must have studied Science and Maths at the qualifying level
Diploma in Pharmacy
Applicants should have passed their 10+2 exam from a recognised Board from Science stream (PCB/M). Students passing their qualifying exam from correspondence medium are also eligible provided it follows the guidelines laid down by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology
Applicants should have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) exam with 35% aggregate and have studied English as a compulsory subject at the qualifying level
Diploma in Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice
Applicants should have passed their 10+2 exam (or equivalent) where the applicants must have compulsorily studied English and Hindi at the qualifying level
PG Diploma in Computer Applications
Any graduate from a recognised University is eligible
Diploma in Engineering (Lateral Entry)
10+2 qualified students who have studied -
The applicants should be mentally and physically fit to be eligible for the Uttarakhand JEEP 2021 exam. The applicants have to submit a certificate stating their physical and mental wellness signed by a medical officer of a regional public hospital.
There is no maximum age limit to be eligible for the Uttarakhand JEEP 2021 exam.

Agriculture students can apply under the Diploma in Engineering/Technology programme
Lateral entry applicants should have studied maths (not beginners level maths) and science at the qualifying level
Candidates wanting to apply for different programmes have to apply via separate application form/s
PwD candidates will be given admission in K L Polytechnic Roorkee and the number of seats reserved for them will be -

There are no seats reserved for the N.C.C certificate holders. However, a certain percentage of marks will be added to the existing scores secured by such candidates during the counselling process, i.e 1%, 2% and 3% respectively for N.C.C “A”, “B”, “C” certificate holders.
