VITMEE 2026 Application Form

The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) began the online registration process for the VITMEE 2026 exam on November 21, 2025. Candidates can submit their applications until April 12, 2026. Those aspiring to pursue M.Tech programmes at VIT’s campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, or Andhra Pradesh can apply through the official VIT website. Before applying, ensure you meet the eligibility requirements, which include being an Indian citizen and holding a full-time B.Tech or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks. Students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their degree before the admission process.

To complete your VITMEE application, first register online by providing your details like name, email, and phone number. Then, log in to fill out the application form with academic and personal information, upload your photograph and signature as per specifications, and pay the non-refundable fee of INR 1200 via online methods like net banking or card payments. Keep your application number safe for tracking. Submit your form before the deadline on April 12, 2026, to be considered for admission. Documents Required to Fill the Application Form of VITMEE 2026

2Aspirants applying for the VITMEE 2026 exams must keep the following documents mentioned below ready while filling the VITMEE 2026 application form.

• Class 10 and 12 Marksheet and Pass Certificates
• Marksheet of all the Semesters of the Qualifying Degree
• Transfer / Migration Certificate from the prior institute
• GATE Score Card (If Applicable)
• Community Certificate (for SC / ST)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Service Certificate issued by the Employer only for Sponsored M.Tech candidates
• Aadhar Card
• Nativity Certificate (Only for Residents of J&K, Ladakh and North East India) 
• Scanned a Recent passport-size photograph with a light background, preferably white
• Scanned Copy of Signature

How to Fill VITMEE 2026 Application Form

2Applicants should go through the following steps to smoothly complete the procedure to fill out the VITMEE Application Form 2026. Candidates must ensure that no mistakes are committed while filling out the application form for VITMEE 2026. 

• Step 1: VITMEE Registration 2026 - The first step is to complete the VITMEE 2026 registration by entering the details like name, date of birth, nationality, and course applied for, to name a few. After successful completion of registration for VITMEE 2026, candidates will get their registration number and password, which should be saved for future reference. 
• Step 2: VITMEE 2026 Application Form Filling - After the registration process, candidates will now be required to fill out the detailed application form of VITMEE 2026. To start the application process, applicants are required to log in using credentials like registration number and password. The candidates need to fill in their personal details, academic details, details of the qualifying exam, contact information, and choice of exam centre. • Step 5: Print Out of VITMEE Application Form 2026 - Applicants can finally take a printout of the VITMEE 2026 application form and fee payment receipt for future reference.
