CEE Kerala will release the KEAM Round 3 Final Seat Allotment 2024 on September 6, 2024. KEAM 2024 Provisional Seat Allotment for Round 3 was released on September 4, 2024, at cee.kerala.gov.in. For Engineering/Pharmacy, the Fresh Online Option Registration and Rearrangement of Options for KEAM 2024 counselling round 3 took place from August 22 to September 2, 2024. Candidates who were allotted seats in Engineering/Pharmacy courses during the second phase were required to physically join the assigned colleges by paying the relevant fees between August 21 and 27, 2024.

The Round 2 KEAM Seat Allotment 2024 was made available on August 20, 2024. The Provisional KEAM Seat Allotment 2024 for Round 2 was released by the authorities on August 19, 2024. Online Option Confirmation, rearrangement of higher options/deletion of unwanted options, and the registration of fresh options for the newly added Courses/Colleges for KEAM 2024 counselling round 2 was carried out from August 13 to 16, 2024.
CEE Kerala released the final round 1 KEAM seat allotment 2024 result on its official website on August 8, 2024. The timeline to pay the seat allotment fee is from August 8 to 13, 2024. KEAM 2024 counselling process has begun from July 29, 2024. Candidates whose names appear in the rank list for Engineering / BPPharm / Architecture / Medical & Medical Allied / Ayurveda course admissions will be qualified for KEAM 2024 counselling. The counselling process is conducted online in 3 rounds and 1 mop-up round. KEAM spot admission will be done in offline mode. Through KEAM counselling 2024, eligible candidates are assigned seats based on the KEAM rank list, marks submitted, and availability of seats at a particular college. The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP), which is based on candidates' admission test scores, is used to allocate seats for KEAM 2024. The KEAM CAP 2024 process involves choice filling, option rearrangement if necessary, printing the final option list, trial allotments, final allotments, option confirmation fee payment, and final admission by reporting to the allocated institution.

The eligible candidates will be allotted seats through the KEAM 2024 counselling process also known as the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). The candidates will be offered seats via a Single Window System (SWS) in various Architecture, Engineering, Medical and Pharmacy colleges based on the KEAM 2024 rank list and options submitted by them in the state of Kerala. Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala issued the KEAM 2024 rank list and on the basis of it, the candidates will be allotted seats in their desired KEAM 2024 participating colleges. Technical assistance will be offered by National Informatics Centre (NIC) to CEE, Kerala during the process of Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) 2024. The Centralised Allotment Process is also known as “Allotments Through Online Submission of Options”.
Through CAP, the eligible candidates are able to choose their desired college and course according to their preference. The final decision regarding seat allotment though will reside with the concerned authorities of CEE, Kerala. During the selection process, the candidates must only opt for those colleges or courses which they can join if and when the seats are allotted to them. In case, a candidate fails to join a college or remit the fee, his/her allotted seat will be vacated and the candidate cannot apply for the same in the subsequent phases of the KEAM 2024 counselling process.
Here are some important points regarding the KEAM 2022 Counselling process and the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) 2024.
Firstly, candidates will have to click on ‘KEAM 2024 Candidate Portal’ by using their KEAM 2022 Roll number and Application number
Submit Key Number and Password after logging in
After registering, a list of participating colleges and courses will be displayed on the screen, among which candidates will have to make the choices
Candidates are advised to fill their preferences carefully as allotment of seats during KEAM counselling 2024 will be done accordingly
After filling the choices and submitting the choices, candidates will be able to review their selection. A printout of the filled options should be taken for future use
As a part of the counselling process, the seat allotment of the candidates will be done according to the merit of the candidate, his/her preferred college, course and availability of seat. For seat allotment purposes, candidates will have to pay the required fees at the CEE account in the specified branches of the State Branch of Travancore (SBT) and will have to report at the allotted institute to confirm their admission.
Note: Qualified candidates will have to bring their original documents, for document verification.
Candidates who want to register for KEAM 2024 choice filling must pay a registration fee of INR 2000. The KEAM 2024 counselling fees will be deducted from the tuition fee of applicants who are admitted as a result of allotments. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OEC category as well as those from Juvenile Homes, Nirbhaya Homes, and SreeChitra Homes, will be required to pay a registration fee of INR 500. The Registration Fee of such applicants who enroll in the assigned college/course will be modified in the caution deposit. Those applicants who do not receive an allocation will have their registration fees returned.

The KEAM seat allocation process is conducted online along with the counselling process. The KEAM seat allotment procedure will be based on the candidate's KEAM 2024 score. The CEE publishes an exam merit/rank list that includes the names of qualifying applicants. Candidates whose names appear on the KEAM rank list will be eligible to participate in the KEAM seat allotment and counselling process 2024. To participate in the process, candidates must first register for the KEAM seat allotment. The shortlisted candidates will also get an allocation memo. The communication will include information such as the candidate's name, roll number, assigned course and college, type of allocation, and fee details, among other things.
Candidates with valid options who want to participate in the second round of KEAM 2024 counselling and seat allocation must log in to the candidate portal and confirm their preferences by clicking the 'Confirm' button on their Option Registration Page. Only after the online choice confirmation may candidates eliminate undesired alternatives or change the importance of current selections.
Following KEAM 2024 seat allocation, the following actions must be taken:
Fee Remittance- Candidates who obtain a new allocation must submit the fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at any of Kerala's Head Post Offices or via Online Payment before enrolling in the course/college of their choice. The website will provide a listing of Post Offices that accept fee payments. Candidates will get a fee receipt after paying the fee in the first KEAM seat allotment. Candidates who do not pay the money by the deadline will forfeit their seat allotment as well as any available possibilities in the stream to which the allotment is assigned.
Reporting at the College- Following payment, candidates must report to the designated institutions on time with all essential papers for the Document Verification Process.
The list of KEAM participating institutes 2024 includes the names of colleges in the state that will provide various engineering undergraduate degrees. Admission to KEAM 2024 participating institutes will be based on KEAM results as well as other considerations. Shortlisted candidates will be required to engage in KEAM 2024 counselling for admission to participating colleges.
