AIEED Screening Format for UG & PG Design Aspirants

Stage I: It includes Psychological Endowments for Design (PED) followed by the submission of a portfolio of Abilities or PoA (applicants must list their career aspirations and long-term goals), and a Statement of Purpose or SOP (candidates must why they wish to study at ARCH and their extracurricular activities).

Stage II: Counseling for Design Studies by experienced counsellors.

Stage III: Online interaction with the interviewer through Skype.

Stage IV: Announcement of AIEED results.

Note: (i) As per the new AIEED screening process, students should record themselves for stage I, make a video of themselves, and forward it to the ARCH College of Design & Business.

(ii) A portfolio must be submitted to the design school inclusive of the date of the scheduled interview.

AIEED 2024 Selection Process

A merit-based selection process will be used to determine the applicants. Each application will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated based on how well they performed overall across all the criteria used in the AIEED final selection. Listed below are some quick guidelines regarding the AIEED 2024 selection process:

• Potential candidates for the AIEED 2024 selection procedure will be chosen in the final stages based on several criteria, such as the student's educational history, interview performance, portfolio presentation, and test scores.

• Applicants who meet the requirements for the AIEED will get an invitation to a personal interview. It would happen on the ARCH campus in Jaipur. It is advised that all eligible candidates present at the interview site at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time.

• If candidates fail to show up at the designated site on time, their candidatures may be disqualified. If candidates are unable to attend on the appointed day, interviews might be postponed as long as there are valid reasons for the extension of time.

AIEED 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Every year, the AIEED 2024 eligibility criteria are prescribed by ARCH College of Design & Business. Applicants will not be considered for admission if they do not meet the requirements of the programme they are applying to. The eligibility criteria for AIEED 2024 vary depending on the institution's undergraduate and graduate programmes. The following is a brief discussion about the AIEED eligibility criteria for 2024 for UG and PG courses separately.

For UG: As per UGC guidelines, applicants for AIEED SDS must have passed a 10+2 exam in any of the boards — ICSE, State Board, CBSE, IB, NIOS, or its equivalent. In addition, class 10+1 candidates who meet the AIEED eligibility criteria 2024 are eligible. If they qualify for both the interaction and PoA stages, they will be eligible for direct admission in the academic year 2024.

For PG: Applicants should have completed their graduation degree from a recognised university in any discipline.
