FDDI AIST Counselling Process 2023 will be initiated from the 2nd or 3rd week of July, 2023. FDDI AIST Counselling  2023 is held a few days after the result declaration of FDDI AIST. The last date for fee submission will be July 31st, 2023.  At FDDI AIST Counselling 2023 , it is mandatory for all the selected candidates to bring relevant documents along with them and provide their programme and campus preferences.  Students are invited to the FDDI AIST counselling process based on marks scored in the entrance exam. On the basis of merit and preferences, FDDI Admission 2023 is granted to the candidates and they shall be allotted a seat into a course. To confirm the acceptance of the allotted seat, candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable amount of fee immediately as a part of the counselling process. Candidates must note that the FDDI admission process will continue unless all the seats have been filled. 

In the FDDI AIST 2023 counselling, candidates will be allotted programme and campus which will purely depend on their campus preference and rank obtained in the entrance exam. To participate in the FDDI AIST admission process, candidates who will be selected/ shortlisted are required to follow the prescribed schedule.

Step-wise Process for FDDI AIST 2023 Counselling

Following are the steps that candidates will have to follow in order to participate in the FDDI AIST counselling and seat allotment process:

Step 1. Online Registration of FDDI AIST 2023 Counselling:

For FDDI AIST 2023 counselling, candidates will first have to register in online mode in order to take part in the FDDI AIST counselling and the seat allotment process.

Step 2. Online Choice Filling of FDDI AIST 2023 Counselling:

As a part of the counselling process, candidates will have to fill their choice for the course and campus. On the basis of the marks/rank and preference for the campus and course, qualified candidates will be called for the counselling process.

Step 3. Seat Allotment of FDDI AIST 2023 Counselling:

Once the choice filling process is done, basis the availability of seats, merit and preferences mentioned by the candidates during the time of registration, candidates will be allotted seats in the courses.

Step 4. Payment and Acceptance of Fee:

After the seat allotment, to reserve the seats, qualified candidates will have to pay INR 25000 on the spot after the counselling is over. Candidates must note that the fee paid for the counselling is non-refundable.

Step 5. Document Verification:

The verification of documents will be done by the institute before finalising the admission of students. The list of documents required for verification during FDDI counselling has been given ahead on this page.

Step 6. Commencement of Session:

After all the required fee has been paid and the documents have been verified the classes will be at FDDI.

Documents Required During FDDI AIST Counselling 2023

Here are the list of documents required to participate in the counselling of FDDI AIST 2023:

• Class 10th and 12th Certificate (attested)

• Class 10th and 12th Marksheet (attested)

• Character certificate from the principal of last attended school/college or any gazetted officer

• Caste certificate/Disability certificate (if applicable)

• Medical Fitness Certificate/undertaking of medical fitness in original

• Demand draft of INR 25,000/- in favor of “FDDI” payable at New Delhi from any bank

• Four recent passport size coloured photographs

Important Details for FDDI AIST 2023 Counselling

Here are a few of the important details related to the counselling of FDDI AIST 2023:

• Admission will be strictly made based on the rank/ merit acquired and the campus preference filled by the candidate.

• Candidates will be invited for counselling in order of their ranks.

• An individual who has been offered an admission seat through FDDI Counselling will be required to pay an amount of Rs. 25,000 at the time of counselling/admission to freeze the seat.

• The seat acceptance fee includes a Registration Fee of 10,000/- (Non-Refundable) and an advance fee of Rs 15,000 that will be later adjusted against the

• balance fee.

• Aspirants will be provided with a time frame of 10 working days from the date of reserving his seat to deposit the balance fee.

• Candidates need to participate in the counselling process on the date and time allotted by the institute.

• An individual, who has secured admission in any programme goes on to withdraw admission, will not be considered for admission during subsequent rounds of counselling (if any).
