How to Fill Online GITAM GAT Application Form 2026?

To complete the GITAM GAT 2026 registration process, follow the step-by-step instructions given below:-

• First, complete the registration procedure by providing information such as your name, email address, residency status, phone number, state, and city
• Following that, you will receive a confirmation email, which they must use to validate your email address

How to Fill Offline GITAM GAT 2026 Application Form?

You can fill out the GITAM GAT application form 2026 in offline mode also by following the instructions given below:-

• You can receive postal applications from the Director of Admission by sending a request on plain paper with your name and complete postal address, accompanied by a DD for INR 150 drawn in favour of GITAM (Deemed to be University) payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.
• Postal applications for GAT 2026 are available to the students.
• Applications are also accessible at certain Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank branches across India.
• The completed application form should be sent to the Director-Admissions, GITAM Deemed to be University, Gandhinagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530045, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA, along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 1000 (Rs. 600 for female students), payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank, registered post, Speed post, or Courier.

Note: On the back side of the Demand Draft, you must enter their application number (DD).

GITAM GAT Application Fee 2026

To complete the GITAM GAT registration process, you are required to pay the registration fee, which is INR 1200 (for BBA/BA) and INR 2400 (for BTech/BA). The fees can be paid both online as well as offline. Go through the details given below to pay the application fee:-

Online Payment of Fees

• The registration fee can be paid by net banking, credit card, or debit card.
• After successfully paying the registration fee, you will be required to print the receipt.

How to Pay Offline GITAM GAT Application Fees 2026?

• GITAM GAT registration fees can also be paid by Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of 'Director Admissions' payable at Visakhapatnam in any designated bank and mailed to the address - Director Admissions, GITAM Deemed to be University, Gandhinagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530045, Andhra Pradesh, India.
• Keep the second copy of the filled-out application form printed for future reference.
• After paying the costs, click the 'Submit' option to finish the application process.

GITAM GAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

GAT (UGTP) Eligibility Norms

• Must have passed the class 12th examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for B.Tech and 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for B.Arch./B.Pharm and a First Class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a recognised Central / State Board or its equivalent, either in 2026 or 2021 and Rank secured in GAT (UGTP)-2026

• One having a PCM/PCB group with 60% aggregate marks and a First Class/equivalent grade is eligible for B.Tech Biotechnology and B.Pharmacy

Note: Those seeking admission to the B.Arch programme must pass NATA / JEE (Main) paper-2.

GAT (PGTA) Eligibility Criteria 

• Must have received a First Class or equivalent grade in the Qualifying Examination from a recognised university/institute, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks for M.Tech and 50% aggregate marks for M.Arch, and a rank in GAT (PGTA) 2026

Note: GATE-certified students are excluded from taking the GAT (PGTA) - 2026; nevertheless, they must apply for admission and attend counselling as scheduled.

GAT (PGP) Eligibility Criteria

• B.Pharm from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade and rank in GAT (PGP) - 2026 is required
