OCET 2025 Admit Card

OCET 2025 admit card has been released by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) on the techadmissionshry.gov.in website. Candidates who have filled out the application form will only be granted the admit card for the exam. It is important for the candidates to download their admit cards in order to get entry into the examination hall. The OCET admit card 2025 will hold all the important information like personal details, roll number, examination centre & timings, exam date, etc. The admit card is a very important document to take entry in the examination centre, and the candidates are supposed to carry their admit cards along with them on the examination day.  The direct link to download the admit card has been given here:

Candidates can go to the official website to download the admit card. Candidates should also download and print a copy of their admit card so that they can use it on the examination day to enter the examination centre. Any discrepancies or mistakes found in the OCET 2025 admit card should be reported to the authorities a few days before the exam. No mistakes or discrepancies in the admit card will be fixed on the day of the examination. Any mistakes found in the admit card might also lead to the dismissal of the candidates from entering the examination hall. How to download the OCET 2025 Admit Card

The candidates need to know the step-by-step process to download the OCET 2025 admit card from the official website. Check out the steps given below to download your admit card from the official website. 

• Once the admit cards are uploaded on the official website, Candidates need to log in to the official website of Haryana State Technical Education Society- www.hstes.org.

• He/ She may then proceed to the OCET 2025 Admit Card Download link.

• After that, candidates need to choose the category, fill in the application form, and date of birth.

• He/ She will then have to verify themselves with the captcha security pin.

• They may then click on the view/ download button. 

• The OCET 2025 admit card will then appear on the screen. 

• Candidates may now download the admit card.

Discrepancies in the OCET 2025 Admit Card

If in any case the candidates find any information in the admit card that does not match with their documents, they have to reach out to the Haryana State Technical Education Society to get the correction done. Candidates should report their mistakes & discrepancies in the admit card to the authorities ahead of the exam and get them rectified by the authorities. Any mistakes found in the admit card by the invigilator on the examination day might lead of dismissal of the candidates from the examination hall. As soon as the candidates download their admit card they should match all the details with their supporting documents.

Documents to be carried along with the OCET Admit Card 2025

Candidates need to carry two copies of the admit card along with the attested photographs by a gazetted officer and one valid Identity (ID). Other documents required are mentioned below. The candidate may carry any of them.

Important Instructions Regarding OCET 2025 Hall Ticket/Admit Card:

Some of the important information is provided below for applicants' reference. 

• All candidates will have to report to the examination hall on time. No entry will be permitted after the specified time under any circumstances.

• Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the exam.

• Applicants will have to bring the OCET 2025 admit card along with them while appearing for the exam. No candidate will be allowed entry without the admit card.

• Candidates are not allowed to take any Electronic or computational devices of any kind, such as calculators, mobile phones, etc, to the examination hall. 

• No person other than the person assigned shall be allowed to appear for the entrance examination.

• Candidates are recommended to read all the directions mentioned on the Test-Booklet cover before answering the questions. 

• Once the exam is completed, candidates must hand over their answer sheet along with the test booklet to the invigilator.

• The hard copy of the admit card should be with the candidate till the end of the admission procedure.

• Admit card will only be issued to the candidate if He/she satisfies all the conditions listed in the eligibility criteria of the OCET entrance exam. 

• Candidates should check the information mentioned in the admit card carefully. In case any candidate faces any error, He/she should report to the examination authority immediately so that the correction can be completed before the exam day. 

• The admission card given to the applicant is based entirely on the applicant's details in its submission. This knowledge has not been checked by the competent authority, and, thus, the applicant's attendance at the exam centre does not mean that he or she is likely to be admitted.

• The candidate needs to carry a valid Photo Identity Proof to the examination centre. No entry will be permitted if in case the candidate fails to carry any of the photo Identity proof. The valid photo Identity proofs are a Voter ID card, Aadhar card, Driving license, etc.

• The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the request at any point if the information provided by the applicant is incorrect or not in compliance with the eligibility criteria.

• If any candidate is found to have violated the discipline of the hall and/or found to have used unfair means that directly / indirectly threaten the paper's sanctity, action will be taken as deemed fit. The examiner's decision on assessing punishment for the applicant's crime shall be final and binding on him/her.

The admit card will be published online by the conducting body one week before the exam day. Candidates who are appearing for the OCET entrance exam need to take a printout of the admit card, as the admit card is compulsory on the exam day. Once those applicants who have applied for the program are able to download the admit card.
