OCET 2025 Application Form

OCET 2025 registration process has closed, and you cannot submit the application forms for the exam now. The exam is conducted for admission into the 2nd year or 3rd year of B.E. or B. Tech engineering programs. Candidates who are interested in taking admission in the 2nd year of the engineering program need to register for the program. Candidates need to complete their registration process and fill out the OCET application form 2025 to appear in the exam. Before filling out the OCET application form 2025, it is important for the candidates to go through the eligibility criteria for the exam. Candidates who satisfy the OCET 2025 eligibility criteria can only fill out the application form for the exam.

Documents Required to Fill OCET 2025 Application Form

Candidates will have to attach the documents provided below while filling out the OCET application form 2025.

• Scanned copy of a recent passport-size photograph

• Hall-Ticket number of the qualifying examination

• 10th/ 12th Mark sheet

• Both hand index finger scan copy

• Percentage of marks and year of Passing of Qualifying Examination (if passed)

• Scanned copy of candidate's signature

• Copy of Aadhar card

OCET 2025 Application Fee

Correction in OCET 2025 Application Form

Candidates interested in filling out the OCET 2025 application form should be careful while submitting any details in the application form. Corrections can be made in the application form till the last date. In case any corrections are required by the candidates after the last date should be sent directly to the authorities at (onlineadmissionhelp{at} gmail.com).  If in any case the information filled by the candidates does not match with the supporting documents this might lead to dismissal of the candidature from the exam. Any new applications made by the same candidates should be bought in the notice of the authorities. 

Important Instructions While Filling Out the OCET 2025 Application Form

• All applicants should visit the official website for registration before the important dates set for B.E. / B.Tech courses to appear in the OCET exam.

• Candidates are recommended to be comfortable with keyboard and mouse handling. Next, the student needs to choose the name of the course and apply personal details such as title, date of birth, father/mother name, education, address details, etc., in the online application form.

• Applicants will then have to upload their Colored Photograph (JPG File Max. 30 KB Size) and Specimen Signature (JPG File Max. 20 KB Size) passport size on the online application form.

• The applicant can check and edit his / her registration details before submitting the online application form. In addition, the applicant should also ensure that the photograph & signature submitted are his / her own photograph & signature and that the information filled in must be the same as that reported in the qualifying test. The incorrect information submitted in the online application form will not be accepted, and the applicant will be forced to resubmit a fresh online application form. An additional fee will be charged against the fresh application form.

• The candidate will be asked to submit 3 OCET exam centre choices for appearing in the OCET exam. The applicant will be allocated an OCET exam centre out of the choices filled out in the online application form, depending on the capacity of a specific centre; otherwise, any OCET exam centre shall be allocated where capacity is appropriate.

• The entry test fee should be deposited via e-challan produced from the website https:/onlinetesthry.gov.in in the bank (AXIS or PNB) or via credit/debit card or net banking using the online payment gateway.

• The system will show a printable registration form consisting of the Application Form Number, with other registration information as filled out and submitted by the applicant after successful submission of registration details.

Note:

• The candidate will be responsible for the details he/she has filled out in the online application form. Any false information filled by the candidate may result in incorrect result/rank generation/disqualification from the entrance test.

• It is not allowed to submit a duplicate application. If a candidate wishes to correct/ update certain details submitted in his / her online application form, the same should be done before the last date of application submission. 

•  The applicant must take a printout of the filled application form and e-challan for the submitted application fee, taken from the website after the successful submission of the application fee. 

OCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

B.E./B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Eligibility Criteria: The candidates should have completed a 3-year diploma course in engineering or technology from a recognized institute. They should have secured 45% marks and 40% for SC/ST candidates in the diploma course. The candidates should also have studied the subjects relevant to the course they are applying for. They should be Indian citizens, and preference will be given to residents of Haryana.
