ISI Admission Test 2025 Application Form (Out for BSDS)

ISI Admission Test Application Form 2025: The ISI Admission Test 2025 application registration for the BSDS course started on April 30. The deadline to complete the form submission is May 31.

Meanwhile, the ISI Admission Test 2025 application process for other offered courses ended on March 31, 2025. Before applying, students are advised to check the eligibility criteria for the individual courses they seek to pursue. Please note that there are several programmes offered, and each may have different requirements. The major stages of the application process include the launch of the form, registration, activation and validation, form-filling, photo and signature upload, academic detail upload, other documents if asked, a preview of the form, payment of the application fee, and form submission. The candidates may get the chance to edit certain fields of the form during the correction window. They have to send their appeals for changes via their registered emails to the conducting authority.

ISI Admission Test 2025 Application Process

The major steps of the ISI admission test 2025 application process are as follows -

Registration

• By clicking the link, candidates will be directed to the application portal webpage for the ISI admission test 2025, which has an applicant login box.
• On the applicant login box, aspirants will get a new registration link. By hitting down the link, they will get a registration form that will ask for some details. The mandatory fields have to be filled out by the aspirants.
• After they fill out the information, they have to tap the sign-up button to finish the registration process.
• Once they tap the sign-up button, they will get a pop-up having the registration details provided by them. To confirm the registration or modify any information, candidates have to hit the confirm button or the change button.

Activation and Validation of Registration

• Once candidates submit the registration details, they will get a confirmation message on the computer screen.
• They will receive an email on their registered email ID and a validation code on the provided mobile number.
• They have to click on the activation link which they will receive on the email or by using the “Activate Your Account” button and complete the registration process.
• Once they do so, they will be directed to a validation webpage, where they must enter the validation code which they obtained on the registered phone number.
• On completion of the validation process, they will be directed to the My Application Section, where they will be able to choose the programme they want to apply for.

Application Process

• Once they activate and validate their registration, they can log into the application portal on the official website.
• Once they sign in, they can begin filling out a new application form by clicking on the “My Application” Button.
• They will be redirected to the page where they can pick up the programme they wish to pursue and add the exam centre of their choice.
• Once the candidates do so, they must review the eligibility criteria for the chosen programme.
• They can proceed further by selecting the box indicating that they have read the data given and that they meet the eligibility requirements.
• In the next step on the “Application Info” page, they have to open the application details part to start the application process.

Photo and Signature Upload

• On the Photo and Signature page, candidates have to upload image files of the same as per the specifications notified by the conducting authority.
• To upload the file, the candidates must use the upload photo or upload signature link and follow the guidelines.

Academic Details 

• After successfully uploading the photo and signature, they must hit the save and proceed button and move to the next section, which is filling out the academic details.
• In the above-mentioned section, they have to type in data related to their academic career, from 10th class to the last qualifying examination, including the results of the same.
• Aspirants must ensure that the particulars they enter are accurate before saving to the subsequent segments of the application form of the ISI admission test 2025.

Document Details

• After entering the specifics of the academic section, the candidates will be redirected to the Document Details page. 
• On the said page, they have to upload scanned copies of the documents asked. 
• Aspirants must note that they upload document files one at a time.

Centre Choice 

• Once the document uploading has been completed, the candidates will have to open the Centre Preference page, where they have to choose three venues/ cities as per their priority for exam centres for appearing for the admission test.
• The ISI admission test has 48 cities as exam centres all across India.

Preview of Application

• After filling out the application form for the ISI admission test, candidates can preview the form with the help of the Preview and Confirm button.
• They can edit the application form if there is a need to do so.
• To confirm the information entered, the aspirant must tick the box at the end of the page and click on the confirm and submit button.
• Once the aspirants confirm the form, they cannot edit it any further.
• The next step is paying the application fee. 

Payment of ISI Admission Test 2025 Application Fee 

• On the payment page, candidates will get the option for payment type mentioned as “Online” from the drop-down menu.
• They will have to pick up one among the four modes available - Credit Card / Debit Card / SBI Net Banking / Net Banking via other banks.
• The online application form fee comes up on the screen along with the charges of the applicable payment gateway mentioned, which may vary with the payment method chosen by the aspirant.
• Once the payment is completed, the aspirants will receive a message with the transaction details confirming that the online application form has been submitted. The transaction details will also include the Order or Payment ID.
• They will get a confirmation email from the payment service provider and then from the exam conducting authority.
• Apart from the email, the aspirants will get a computer-generated payment receipt, which can be checked from their dashboard.
• The application status will also indicate that the payment is done and the form submission is complete.

Documents Required for ISI Admission Test 2025 Application Form

To register on the ISI admission test 2025 application portal, the requirements are -

To complete the online application form

• Clear digital or scanned colour photograph which must be taken against a light background
• Passport-size photo of 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm
• Face coverage of around 60% is permitted
• Allowed size of image - 100-150KB
• Only jpeg and jpg formats are accepted

Scanned signature

• The signature should be on a white background with a black or blue ink pen.
• The image of the signature image must be cropped to a 3 cm X 7 cm box.
• The image size should be between 50-100KB
• The authorised image formats are jpeg and jpg formats.

Mark sheets and other Certificates

• Scanned copies of mark sheets or grade cards for all school examinations taken starting with the 10th class or similar
• Scanned copies of mark sheets or grade cards for all college examinations taken
• Scanned copies of mark sheets or grade cards for all university examinations taken
• The size of the scanned documents must be less than 200 KB and the scan must be done in 100 dpi
• The image file must be in jpeg, jpg, bmp, and pdf formats.
• Scanned copies of valid caste  such as SC / ST/ OBC-NCL
• Employment details if applicable
• INMO Certificate issued by NBHM (for B.Stat or B.Math)
• GATE scorecard [for M.Tech (CS / CrS)]

Some important pointers related to the ISI Admission Test application form corrections are as follows -

• Aspirants have to email their appeal for any changes to the application data.
• They have to email their appeal to the official email address provided by the authorities.
• Please note that for any plea for a change in the exam centre, candidates have to provide a convincing reason followed by documentary evidence. 
• They have to quote the application number or registration number in all the relevant communications.
• Candidates cannot request any alteration for the course or programme they applied for nor any for any other personal data.
• They will get a one-time chance to edit their Category Status, PwD Status, and Domicile Status and to submit relevant certificates as per the specified dates.
• The decision of the conducting authority will be final in all such matters.
