• The examination is held in pen and paper mode/ offline mode.
• There are 2 sections in the ISI Admission Test 2025 - UGA and UGB.
• UGA includes multiple choice questions/objective-type questions, whereas UGB has subjective questions.
• Overall, there are 30 questions in the UGA component. Each correct answer will carry +4. Candidates will get +1 for unattempted questions, while for wrong attempts, 0 marks will be deducted.
• The total mark in UGA is 120. The weightage remains the same.
• There are 8 questions in the UGB. Each correct answer will be awarded +10. 
• The full mark in UGB is 80. For this, the weightage is 3 times the mark, which amounts to 240.
• Entrants have to clear the cutoff for the UGA division. The answer sheets for the UGB will be reviewed for only those who have secured the cutoff or more in the UGA part.
• The combined mark of the ISI Admission Test 2025 is 360.
• The exam duration for UGA and UGB is 2 hours each.

• There are 30 questions that are objective in nature.
• The exam duration is 2 hours.
• Subjects will be based on Mathematics.
• The entrance examination level is similar to the JEE Mains level.
