Documents Required for Karnataka PGCET 2022 Application Form

Candidates applying for Karnataka PGCET 2022 must keep the following documents ready before filling the online application form. The candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of these documents to submit their Karnataka PGCET 2022 application form -

Passport Size Photograph

The scanned copy of passport size photograph should be between 5KB to 40 KB.

Signature

The scanned copy of signature should be between 5KB to 40 KB. The candidates should do the signature on a white paper with Blue or Black ink.

Thumb Impression (Left Hand)

The scanned version of Thumb Impression of candidates should not be more than 40 KB and less than 5 KB. The thumb impression should be in Blue or Blank ink.

How to Fill Karnataka PGCET 2022 Application Form?

Applicants will be able to fill Karnataka PGCET 2022 application form by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of Karnataka PGCET, and fill the specified details such as Name, Gender, Contact Details, etc.

  • After entering the details, you will receive a User ID and a password on your registered E-mail ID and mobile number for further login purposes.

Step 2: Filling the Required Details in Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2022

After completing the registration process, enter the academic details, personal details and contact details to proceed further.

Step 3: Uploading the Documents

This step involves uploading of the scanned copies of the latest coloured Photograph, Left-thumb Impression, Signature and Parent Signature in JPG/JPEG format.

Step 4: Karnataka PGCET 2022 Application Fee Payment

  • For General category, applicants will have to pay INR 650, whereas reserved category applicants will have to pay INR 500 as application fee.

  • The payment can be done at any branch of the specified bank.

  • Applicants must select the bank challan and take a print out of the same for future references.

  • Applicants will get two copies of the challan after the payment is completed, and one copy will be retained by the bank itself.

  • Applicants must take a print out for future references.

Yes, you can go for masters in environmental engineering, before that you will have to sit for Karnataka PGCET 2022. You will have a choice to select the subjects, where you have to select Environmental Engineering as one of the subjects. There is a separate subject/ paper for Environmental Engineering in Karnataka PGCET 2022.

The minimum eligibility criteria for Karnataka PGCET is 50% marks in graduation. While 5.29 CGPA generally translates to a little over 50%, you would be eligible for the exam. However, you should refer to the method specified by your university for converting CGPA to percentage to be sure.
