• Firstly, eligible students will be notified of the release of the admit card on the due date via SMS/Email on their registered contact details.
• Then, students can visit the official website of NBEMS to search for the notification link for the admit card under the ‘Public Notice’ tab. 
• Now, click on the “NBE FET 2025 Admit Card” direct link and enter your login credentials created at the time of registration to log in. 
• The NBE FET 2025 Admit Card PDF will open on your screen. Download the same and take printout copies for future reference.
• A barcode/QR entry verification process will be conducted at the entry point of the allotted exam centres based on the NBE FET 2025 Admit Card.

Important Guidelines for the NBE FET 2025 Admit Card

There are some important instructions specified by the NBEMS regarding the NBE FET 2025 Admit Card, which all students are required to follow for a smooth exam experience. They are as follows:

• All students must note that nobody will be allowed entry at the designated exam centre without the NBE FET 2025 Admit Card.
• All students must affix their recent passport-size photograph on their downloaded PDF document and printout the same for verification purposes. The photograph must meet the instructions prescribed by the NBEMS to avoid chances of rejection.
• Students must report to their designated test centres within the specified time as mentioned on the admit card. Any delay regarding the same may lead to unnecessary complications such as denied entry by the concerned authorities. 
• Students are advised to familiarise themselves with the test centre locations at least one day prior to the examination day and ensure that they report for the exam as per scheduled time only.
• Under no circumstances will the concerned authorities allow friends or relatives accompanying the students to enter the examination centre premises during the examination process.
• A thorough process of identity checks will be conducted upon arrival at the test centre to ensure no unauthorised students appear for the exam.
• A barcode/QR reader at the entry point for verification will be set up to ensure proper security and guard the integrity of the entrance exam. 
• Students must not forget to bring the important documents required for verification apart from their NBE FET 2025 Admit Card on the day of the exam. These include a government-issued identification and an SMC/MCI/NMC registration photocopy.
• Students reporting to the test centre with an e-Aadhaar Card with Aadhaar number printed on it as proof of identity should be a good quality colour printout with a visible photograph. 
• All students must carry their original documentation along with their photocopies for verification purposes.

• No stationery items like textual material (printed or written), notes, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, etc. will be allowed inside the test centre.
• No electronic devices like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, wrist watch/Health Band/Smart Watch, Calculator, Electronic Pen/ Scanner etc., will be allowed inside the test centre.
• Ornaments worn out of specific religious beliefs such as bracelets, finger rings, ear rings, nose-pin, etc., will only be permitted after thorough verification.
• Students cannot carry a wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, etc., inside the test centre.
• Electronic items such as communication devices like wireless/Bluetooth devices, spy cameras, etc. can lead to serious consequences if carried in discretion of exam functionaries.
