SSC CGL Tier 2 Paper Analysis 2022 (Out)

On August 8 and 10, the Staff Selection Commission administered the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam. We will give you a thorough examination analysis for the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam for all the four papers i.e Paper I, II, III & IV. SSC CGL Overall Exam Analysis 2022

SSC CGL paper analysis for the Tier-II examination is available now for the students who appeared for the same. The SSC CGL Tier-II paper is divided into four sections, i.e  Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension, Statistics and General Awareness. Paper I and Paper II are madatory for all SSC CGL candidates while the Paper II and Paper Iv i.e the Statistics and General awareness paper is only taken by the candidates who have applied for the post of JSO and AAO. The questions that were asked in the SSC CGL 2022 Tier-II paper were all based on SSC CGL syllabus and there were some instances where the questions were repeated. The SSC CGL 2021 Tier-II paper is conducted on 200 marks for each paper and those who appeared for the same found the overall difficulty level of the question papers to be moderately difficult.

SSC CGL Quantitative Aptitude Detailed Analysis

The questions that were asked in the quantitative aptitude section were between easy to moderate in the difficulty level scale. The students found this section to be the lengthiest of all the sections. A few questions in this section required rigorous calculations. Most of the questions that were asked in this section were from Algebra, Average, DI, Number System, Trigonometry etc.  

SSC CGL English Comprehension Detailed Analysis

The English Comprehension section saw a deviation from the previous year SSC CGL examination. This year, there was no reading comprehension which was replaced by the Cloze Test. The maximum number of questions were based on the Cloze Test which also consisted of questions of Sentence Improvement, Error Detection, Synonyms & Antonyms etc. The overall difficulty level of this section was easy to moderate.

Overall SSC CGL Tier 2 Analysis 2022

According to the students, the overall difficulty level of the SSC CGL Tier 2 paper was easy to moderate based on the preparation strategy employed by them during the preparatory stages. The SSC CGL Tier-II paper is being considered as one of the simplest paper with respect to recent years. All the questions were very basic while some of the questions were also based on previous year papers. Experts believe that candidates with an attempt rate between 85 to 90 in the SSC CGL 2021 Tier-II examination will have a fair chance of getting selected for the next round. Looking at the simple level of this year's exam, the chances for the candidates having attempted less than 80 questions, is quite less.
