Both the sections are divided into sub-sections consisting of many law subjects, Part A consists of  Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law wherein about 40 questions will be asked and Part B consists of Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, Crimes and Torts and IPR & Other Laws wherein 80 questions will be asked.

TS PGLCET 2024 Marking Scheme

A good thing about the TS PGLCET 2024 exam is that there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. While, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark each. Combining Part A and B, there will be a total of 120 questions and candidates will get 120 marks if they answer all the questions correctly. Part A of TS PGLCET consists of 40 questions and Part B consists of 80 questions, so, the maximum marks awarded to candidates will be 40 and 80 respectively.
