To be eligible for the UPSC CDS examination 2025, students must have completed their graduation or should be in their final year of graduation. Applicants must be aged between 19 and 24 years old. Applicants are also required to meet the physical requirements to be eligible for CDS 2025.
The UPSC CDS exam pattern for the OTA CDS exam is different from other CDS exams. The total marks for the OTA CDS examination is 200 marks, whereas the total marks for other CDS exams is 300 marks. Students will be given 120 minutes to solve each section, i.e., English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics sections. 1/3rd marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Both men and women can sit for the OTA CDS 2025 exam. Applicants will have to answer questions from the English Language section and the General Knowledge section.
The UPSC CDS 1 exam 2025 will be conducted on April 13, 2025.
