About AIEED 2023 Application Form

AIEED 2023 online application form for Phase 5 are released by the ARCH College of Design & Business. Candidates can fill the AIEED application form 2023 for Phase 5 till 21 June 2023. For consideration of admission to the BDes, BA International, and MVoc programmes, AIEED 2023 is conducted as a screening that is being done online. The direct registration link for AIEED 2023 is also provided below.

For admission to the Bachelor of Design programme (BDes) at AIEED 2023, the ARCH College of Design & Business has started the Phase 5 registration process online. Candidates must confirm they meet the AIEED eligibility requirements 2023 before submitting the AIEED application form. For AIEED 2023, students must pay a registration fee of INR 3,000. 

The candidates who fulfil the AIEED eligibility criteria 2023 can fill out the AIEED application form 2023 by visiting the official website of AIEED at https://www.aieed.com/. To complete the AIEED 2023 application form, the candidate must first create a login ID and register. The AIEED 2023 exam dates are from June 15 - 25, 2023, in online mode only. What is AIEED 2023 Exam?

AIEED 2023 or also known as the All India Entrance Examination for Design is an entrance exam conducted multiple times a year. AIEED is conducted by the ARCH Academy of Design for admissions to Undergraduate and Post-Graduate programs in Design. The AIEED exam takes place in online mode and consists of three stages; Video and Portfolio General Ability Test (GAT), Creative Ability Test (CAT), and Personal Interaction.  
AIEED takes place multiple times in a year so the important application filling dates will be given out in a phase-wise manner. The applicants must also know that they can only pay the application fee online through credit card, debit card or net banking. The applicants can pay the application fee in the final stage of submitting the application form. This exam is conducted for both undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses. The application form for AIEED can be filled online only and before filling up the application form the applicants must check that the documents are ready so that they can upload the required documents.

• To register for AIEED 2023, candidates can choose to apply in both online and offline modes.

• To apply online, applicants will have to visit the ARCH College of Design & Business and fill out the AIEED 2023 application form online.

• To apply offline, the application form can be obtained from ARCH along with the Prospectus.

The May batch's AIEED 2023 was administered online from June 21 to June 30, 2023. Candidates must adhere to the guidelines provided by the authorities while uploading the necessary papers into the AIEED application form. Detailed AIEED 2023 Application Process

AIEED 2023 Application Process (Online Mode)

Step 1: Registration

To register for AIEED 2023, applicants will have to enter their:

• Phone number

Step 2: Filling of AIEED Application Form 2023

After registering, applicants will have to select their preferred course, fill their personal details and specify their educational qualifications.

Step 3: Application Fee Payment of AIEED 2023

The application fee payment of AIEED 2023 can be done by:

• Debit Card/Credit Card

• Demand Draft (to pay via DD, students need to enclose a printout of the duly-filled application form, 2 photographs of self, copies of qualification mark sheets of 10th, and 12th.)

• Payment in the Bank of India branch

Step 4: Upload Documents

As part of the application process, applicants must upload their 10th and 12th mark sheets, colour photograph, and Signature as per the specifications. Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination can also apply and submit mark sheets later. 

Step 4: Print the Confirmation Page

On successful completion of the application and payment of the Application fee, an automated EMAIL and SMS confirmation will be sent to the registered contact number and email address. Applicants will have to take a printout of the Confirmation Page for future reference.

AIEED 2023 Application Process (Offline Mode)

If an applicant chooses an offline method for filling the AIEED 2023 application form, then he/she will have to buy the application prospectus by paying the application fees of INR 3000/- either in cash or through a demand draft made in favour of “Arch Educational Society” payable at Jaipur. The Demand Draft for AIEED 2023 will have to be sent to the following address:

As soon as the institute receives a duly-filled application form with the payment, an auto-generated email will be sent to the student, mentioning their successful submission of application and payment. 

Things to Remember While Applying for AIEED 2023

Here are a few things that candidates need to take care of while applying for AIEED:

• Candidates need to choose a suitable time and date for appearing for GAT and CAT.

• A maximum of 3 days’ gap will be available between GAT & CAT.

• Students can appear for AIEED from a place of their choice (Home or someplace else)

• Date of GAT or CAT once selected cannot be changed without a valid reason.

• Students can choose between online and offline mode of examination for CAT.

• Student needs to appear for personal interaction on the given date and time.

• Mode of Examination for CAT once chosen cannot be changed without a valid reason and approval by ARCH management.
