About AILET 2026 English Language Syllabus

AILET 2026 English Language Syllabus for BA LLB (Hons) has been prescribed by the NLU Delhi at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The broad syllabus of AILET has 3 main sections - Section A: English Language, Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge, and Section C: Logical Reasoning.

In  AILET 2026 English Language segment, questions will be asked on Reading Comprehension, vocabulary etc. Along with AILET 2026 syllabus, students must explore the AILET 2026 exam pattern to know the topic-wise weightage for effective preparation. AILET 2026 English Language Weightage and Marking Scheme

Aspirants must be aware of the weightage of the English section of the AILET 2026 syllabus and the marking scheme. Here is a quick overview -

• There will be 50 questions related to English Language and the overall marks will be 50.
• The questions will be of objective type and will carry 1 mark each.
• Negative marking is applicable in English Language questions. Per wrong answers, 0.25 will be subtracted.
