How to Apply for AILET 2021 (Registration Extended)

As per the latest notification, the AILET 2021 application process has been extended. Applicants willing to apply for the exam can now do so until June 25, 2021. Candidates have to register before the deadline as no requests will be entertained after it. In order to participate in the application process of AILET 2021, and fill-up the registration form, applicants can click on the direct link provided below.

AILET is a national level exam conducted by NLU-Delhi for admission to its UG & PG law courses. While filling the AILET application form for the year 2021, candidates can keep relevant documents and other details handy to ensure they are completely ready to start the process of AILET application. It is essential to satisfy the eligibility criteria of AILET before filling-up ad submitting the form.

As far as the AILET application fee is concerned, it can be paid in both (online and offline) modes. While the online application fees can be paid via debit card, credit card or net banking, the offline application fees can be paid from cash deposit at the post office. Check the AILET 2021 Application Fee.

AILET 2021 was scheduled for June 20, 2021, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM but it has been postponed now. The entrance exam is taken by students who wish to pursue programmes like B.A., LL.B (Hons.) and LL.M. Aspirants of AILET may apply online and keep a track of the latest updates related to AILET.

How to Fill AILET 2021 Application Form: Step-wise Process

One can follow the steps mentioned below as part of the application process.

  • In order to apply for AILET, go to the direct link highlighted above.

  • Go to the admission section of the website or the link saying "AILET Admissions 2021" on the Home Page.

  • Click on "Online Application Form" mentioned on the page. An application window will appear.

  • For applying, you have to first "Create a New Account". Get yourself registered and then go ahead to the apply section.

  • FIll all the details and click on "Create Account".

  • If there is a change required to be made in the form, click on "Change".

  • Next on, a page will be displayed showing "No. of Days Remaining" and the status of registration.

  • Click on "Click Here to Apply" and fill the application form. 

  • Start entering the details in the application form.

  • Read the instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before filling the form to avoid mistakes.

  • Fill it with all the correct and relevant information.

  • Keep in mind that you have to attach all the relevant and self-attested documents wherever asked for during the application process.

  • Attach your signed photograph either in .jpg, .gif or .bmp format.

  • You will also have to pay a sum of INR 3,050 (in case of General category) or INR 1,050 (in case of Reserved category) to complete the procedure.

  • There is no entrance examination fee for SC/ ST candidates below the poverty line. 

  • The filled form should be submitted on or before the last date.
