Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is responsible for determining AMUEEE 2019 eligibility criteria. Students who are willing to appear for AMUEEE examination, must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by AMU for B.Tech and B.Arch courses. Before submitting the online application form for AMUEEE 2019 examination, the candidates must check the AMUEEE eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses. AMU conducts AMUEEE entrance test for B.Tech/ B.E and B.Arch admissions. It is mandatory to clear the entrance test in order to secure admission.
AMU determines the eligibility criteria for AMUEEE exam based on different parameters such as age limit, educational qualification, minimum marks, / percentage required in qualifying examination, number of attempts, etc. AMU publishes the detailed eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses in the official AMUEEE notification. The notification for AMUEEE 2019 is expected to be released in January 2019.

Nationality: Candidates applying for AMUEEE 2019 examination must be citizens of India. The applicants must have completed their Senior Secondary Education in India through a recognised central or state board. Only those candidates are eligible for AMUEEE examination conducted by AMU.
Age Limit: For B.Tech/ B.Arch admissions through AMUEEE, the upper age limit prescribed by AMU is 24 years. The applicants should not be more than 24 years as on July 01, 2019. Candidates who exceed the age limit prescribed by AMU will not be eligible to register for AMUEEE 2019 examination. All the candidates below 24 years, and have completed Class 12 will be able to apply for AMUEEE (Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam).
Academic Qualification for B.Tech/ B.E and B.Arch:
The academic qualification required for AMUEEE 2019 applicants for B.Tech/ B.E is as follows –
The applicants must have completed Senior Secondary Education (Class 12) from a recognised central or state board. Similarly, candidates who have completed senior secondary education at AMU are also eligible for AMUEEE 2019.
The applicants must have studied Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as the major subjects in Class 12. Candidates who have studied other subjects apart from the above combination are not eligible to register for AMUEEE 2019 exam.
The applicants should have at least 50% of marks in Class 12 so that they will be considered for the B.Tech/ B.E admission process.
Candidates who are pursuing Class 12 can also apply for AMUEEE 2019 examination.
Candidates who hold a Diploma in Engineering from AMU or any other recognised Polytechnic or engineering college in India are eligible for AMUEEE.
Candidates willing to apply for B.Arch course must have completed Class 12 with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects with at least 50% of marks.
Only those candidates who satisfy the academic requirements as mentioned above will be considered for the admission process.
Subject-wise Eligibility Criteria: AMU offers B.Tech courses in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Petrochemical Engineering. The eligibility criteria for all B.Tech courses offered by AMU are same as mentioned above. Refer academic requirements sub-head above. Therefore, the applicants need not worry or panic about subject-wise eligibility criteria.
