Aligarh Muslim University will conduct the AMUEEE exam for B.Tech admission. Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination (AMUEEE) is a popular entrance exam conducted in offline (Pen and Paper based) mode. Candidates from different states and from recognized boards/universities get admission into undergraduate engineering (B.E, B.Tech and B.Arch) courses by appearing for AMUEEE.
A National-level Engineering Entrance exam, AMUEEE is conducted once every year by Aligarh Muslim University usually in the month of May. The purpose of conducting AMUEEE every year is to fill up more than 450 vacant seats in seven engineering disciplines in the University.
Based on the performance of the exam takers, a merit list is prepared by the AMU officials and on the basis of the merit list, the admission procedure into B.Arch and B.Tech courses is carried out.
AMUEEE, as mentioned earlier, is an offline exam and the question paper consists of 150 questions in MCQ format. Each question carries 1 mark and the duration of the test is not more than 180 minutes, i.e 3 hours.
AMUEEE result is declared usually 3-4 weeks after the exam is conducted. Last year, the AMUEEE result was declared in the month of June and the test was conducted in May last week.
