AP EAMCET 2021 result for the Agriculture stream has been released on September 14 and the engineering stream result was released on September 8 at 11:00 AM. Usually, APSCHE declares the results within 10-12 days after the exam. Candidates can access the results by entering their Hall Ticket number. This will give candidates access to the scorecard. The scorecard will have the qualifying status, rank, and total marks secured by the candidate in the exam. Candidates with a valid rank in AP EAMCET are eligible for the counselling process.

Even though JNTU Kakinada will conduct the AP EAMCET exam 2021, the results will be published on the official website of AP EAMCET, and the candidates can access the results through the direct link here. The candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to check the results of AP EAMCET 2021:

|Second Step||After opening the official website of the AP EAMCET 2021, click on the option that indicates results.|
|Third Step||A new page will open now where the candidates will have to enter the AP EAMCET Hall Ticket Number, Application Number and Date of Birth.|
|Fourth Step||After entering the above details, click on the option that indicates 'Check Result' or 'Submit'|
|Fifth Step||AP EAMCET Results 2020 will be displayed on a new page. Take the printout of the same for future reference.|
The rank card for AP EAMCET 2021 will be released separately, and the candidates can download the same through the official website of AP EAMCET.
The ranking of the candidates will be done in the order of merit on the basis of EAMCET normalized marks and XII marks. The normalized marks of EAMCET will carry a weightage of 75% and class XII marks carry a weightage of 25% in the merit list. The rank card of the exam will have certain information mentioned in it. The rank card of AP EAMCET 2021 will contains some abbreviations. It is important for candidates to know what the abbreviations stand for to understand the rank card better. The most common abbreviations are -
ND: Inter marks not available
NQ: Not Qualified
The ranking criteria for AP EAMCET 2021 will be set by the AP EAMCET authority. The criteria ensure that no error is made during the checking, evaluation, scrutiny, normalisation, tabulation and ranking. Following are the criteria that determine the ranking of AP EAMCET 2021.
The ranking will be based on the AP EAMCET 2021 normalised marks and class XII marks.
Normalised marks scored by candidates in AP EAMCET 2021 will carry a weightage of 75% and 25% weightage will be of class XII marks.
The valid subject groups for class XII marks are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB).
For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, there will be no specified qualifying marks.
The formula that is used to calculate the normalisation score of AP EAMCET 2021 is -
GMS + (TAG - GMS) / (TAS - SMS) × (Marks Obtained by the Candidate - SMS)
TAG stands for - Top Average Global. It is the average marks of the top 0.1% of all the candidates across all sessions Together
TAS stands for - Top Average Session. It is the average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the session in which the candidate belongs to
GMS stands for - (Average + Standard Deviation) of all the candidates across all sessions together
SMS stands for - (Average + Standard Deviation) of the session in which the candidate belongs to
In the merit list of AP EAMCET 2021, there could come a situation when two or more candidates have secured equal scores. In such cases, tie-breaking criteria are used to determine as to who deserves to be in the merit list. Candidates must know the criteria as this will help them in understanding the procedure of ranking better. The tie-breaking criteria for AP EAMCET 2020 are:
The total marks secured by the candidates in Physics
The total marks secured by the candidates
The total marks secured by the candidates in Mathematics
The percentage of the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination
If the tie still persists, preference is given on the basis of the Date of Birth (DOB) of the candidates. The older candidate is given preference over the younger one.
