To be eligible for the AP EAMCET 2026, candidates must be 22 years old or younger (25 for SC/ST), be Indian nationals or OCI/PIO holders, and reside in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Applicants must have completed 10+2 or equivalent, studying Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). Those awaiting 10+2 results can apply but must pass the exam for their rank to be valid. The MEC stream is not eligible.

Criteria 2 (Engineering) | Applicants must have completed the Diploma in Engineering examination administered by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, or any other examination recognised as equivalent by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
