BITSAT Application Form 2024

BITSAT Application Form 2024 is expected to be out in the fourth week of January 2024. Once released, candidates will be able to register for BITSAT 2024 by visiting the official website - bitsadmission.com. The direct link to the BITSAT Registration Form 2024 will be updated here as soon as it is made available by the authorities. The application process for the BITS Admission Test 2024 will be held separately for the May and June 2024 sessions. Only candidates who fulfil the BITSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB along with an individual score of at least 60% each in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/Mathematics can apply for BITSAT 2024.

BITS Pilani will activate the BITSAT 2024 Application Form correction window once the registration process is complete. Only candidates successfully registered on the portal will have the option to edit/make changes (if required) in their BITSAT Application Form 2024. The slot booking facility for BITSAT 2024 will tentatively commence in May 2024.

While filling out the BITSAT 2024 Registration Form, candidates are required to pay the application fees. The registration fee amount varies for individual categories. For instance, the BITSAT 2024 application fee for male candidates is INR 5400 while that for female candidates is INR 4400. Male candidates appearing for a single session are required to pay an amount of INR 3400 whereas female candidates are required to pay INR 2900.

BITSAT Registration Process Video

Admission to BITS, Pilani, is done purely on the basis of merit and the performance of candidates in the BITSAT exam. Candidates who are already studying in any of the BITS Pilani campuses are not eligible to register for the entrance exam.

Step-by-Step Process to Fill Out BITSAT Application Form 2024

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to register and fill out the BITSAT Application Form 2024 - 

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official website of BITSAT 2024 and click on the 'BITSAT 2024 Registration' link

• A new window will pop up with a set of instructions, which candidates must read carefully before proceeding.

• Next, click on the link saying 'New Registration' on the page

• Open the application form for BITSAT and key in your personal details, including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality etc. 

• Provide a valid email ID and mobile number

• Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Proceed’ button

Once the registration is complete, a unique application number will be generated, which applicants must save and keep safe for future reference.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

• After the successful registration, candidates will have to log in using the same user credentials and fill in their personal and academic details along with their preferred program, marks obtained in the qualifying examination, etc.

• After filling in all the details, applicants must click on the 'Confirm and Submit' tab. In case of any corrections that need to be made, they must click on the 'Edit Details' tab.

Step 3: Upload Documents

• In the next step, candidates are required to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature. 

• To upload these documents, candidates must click on the 'Choose File' option. They must ensure that the photographs and signatures are uploaded in the specified size and format. 

• Select the scanned photograph and the signature images and click on the 'Next' button to preview the documents before the final uploading.

Step 4: Fee Payment

As the last step, the candidates need to pay the application fee for BITSAT. The application fee for different candidates has been specified in the below section. The BITSAT 2024 application fee can be paid either in Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Indian Bank challan mode. Foreign students can pay for the BITSAT application fee using International Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Step 5: Printing the Application Form

After payment of the application fee, the registration process will be completed. The candidates must take a printout of the application form and the receipt for the application fee for future reference.

BITSAT Application Fees 2024 for Dubai Centre 

The BITSAT 2024 application fee for male and female applicants is Rs. 7000 if they select Dubai as their test location for only Session 1 or Session 2. However, the required fees would be Rs. 9000 if the candidate wants to show up for both sessions. A candidate who initially chooses to appear once (Session-I) at Dubai Center must pay an additional amount of Rs. 2000 in order to appear a second time (Session-II).

There is no separate registration procedure for BITSAT international applicants or NRIs. Candidates are required to apply through the official portal at bitsadmission.com under the 'International Students' Admission Scheme'. Students studying abroad with a valid SAT score and passport are eligible to register for BITSAT 2024.

After submitting the BITSAT Registration Form 2024, candidates who wish to check their application form status can do so by logging in to the official portal using their login ID and password. Alternatively, candidates are also sent a confirmation message on their registered email ID and mobile number sharing the status of their registration.
