Step 1 - Visit the official website of the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board -  vyapam.cgstate.gov.in

Step 2 - Click on the link to the online application form for CG PET 2026.

Step 3 - Fill in the prerequisite information, such as

• Are you a citizen of India? There are two options (Yes or No).
• Exam Applied For Candidates have to choose from PET, PPHT, or both PET & PPHT.

Step 4 - Provide the basic details mentioned below

Step 5 - After entering all the basic details, candidates are required to upload the scanned copy of documents as per the specifications set by the conducting body:

• Click on a link on the right side of the same page, 'Download Image Format'
• A New Page will be displayed on the screen.
• Take a printout of the page showing space for Photograph, Signature, and Thumb Impression.
• Paste your Photograph of size: 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms, and the Signature should be done in black ink.
• Write your Name and put a Thumb Impression on it
• Scan the page and save it in .jpeg/.jpg format

Step 6 - Provide the other remaining details pertaining to identity and residence.

• Provide your contact information, such as House Number, Street Number, City / Village, Post Office, State, Pin Code, Mobile, E-mail ID, etc.
• Provide the choice of exam centre and select one from the drop-down menu
• Enter your valid Aadhaar number/PAN card number/A/C number /Driving License Number in the application form

Step 7 - Click on the 'I Agree' checkbox and enter the Captcha Code mentioned on the page.

Step 8 - Pay the application fee online using Net-banking/Credit card/Debit card or in offline mode via Challan payable at any SBI branch

Step 9 - A Registration ID will be generated after the application fee payment. Candidates can log in using this Registration ID and check their application status and fee payment transaction status. Download the CG PET 2026 application form and take a printout of the same for future use.
