CG PET 2018 counselling procedure for JEE Main qualified candidates is underway. For CG PET qualified candidates, the counselling process will begin on 14th June, 2018. No call letter is sent to the candidates personally for CG PET 2018 counselling. The counselling of CG PET 2018 is organised in online mode for the qualified candidates. Candidates are required to register online for CG PET 2018 counselling procedure. After registration, qualified candidates are required to fill the choices of colleges according to their rank. The allocation of the seats is done on the basis of choices filled by candidates and availability of seats.
Note: For participating in the online counselling for various courses, candidates also have to deposit the counselling fee.

Candidates who qualify in CG PET 2018 become eligible to participate in the CG PET 2018 counselling.
Candidates have to first register themselves online by filling the application form.
Only those candidates who are the residents of Chhattisgarh need to register themselves online.

Preferences of Colleges:
The number of colleges and courses to be filled in the online registration form can be modified.
Candidates should take a print-out of the registration form for further rounds.
Candidates have to submit the application form during document verification.
It is mandatory for the candidates to get their documents verified at the Document Verification Centre before the seat allotment. Without this, they will not be considered for seat allotment.
It is mandatory for the candidates to appear in person at the Document Verification Centre.
Presence of guardian is not necessary.
Mark sheet obtained from Internet is accepted for verification purpose.
Qualified candidates are allotted seats as per their Ranks and Preference of course.
Candidates have to pay the requisite CG PET 2018 counselling fee through Challan.
Candidates must download the allotment letter after the seat allotment is declared.
If choices are filled by the candidates but document verification is not done, then candidates are not considered for seat allotment.
Reporting to the Allotted College:
10th Class Mark sheet or Birth Certificate.
Mark sheet of qualifying examination such as 10th/12th as applicable.
Mark sheet of Common Entrance Tests like PET/JEE as applicable.
Domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh
Documents Required for Reserved Categories Candidates:
Permanent Caste certificate for the candidates belonging to Reserve category of Chhattisgarh state
Sainik class certificate
Freedom Fighter (FF) Class certificate issued by Collector
Persons with Disability (PWD) class, Disability certificate from the District, Medical Board and suitability certificate from Superintendent, Govt of India, Labour Ministry,
Vocational Rehabilitation centre, Napier Town, Jabalpur.
BPL category, BPL card issued to guardian by competent authority.
Following Documents are Required at the Time of Admission in Institutions:
Income certificate for Reserve category candidates
(Transfer certificate and Character certificate from the previous institute.
Gap Certificate (if there is a gap during studies).
Migration certificate (if a candidate belongs to some other State board or university).
