About HPU MAT 2026 Application Form

The HPU MAT application form 2026 will tentatively be issued in the 1st/ 2nd week of April 2026. To apply, you must have completed a Bachelor's degree from an approved university/ institution with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST). Applicants get around 4-6 weeks to complete the HPU MAT form submission.

Once the application is live, you are required to fill in personal, academic and contact details carefully. The entire process is conducted online, and all required information must be submitted before the deadline. Incomplete or incorrect entries may lead to rejection at later stages of the admission process.

How to Fill HPU MAT 2026 Application Form

Given below are the steps to fill out the HPU MAT 2026 application form in online mode:

Registration:

• Go to the official website of HPUBS.
• Click on the link 'Apply Online HPU MAT 2026' and select a programme.
• After that, enter your basic details such as Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number and click on the 'Save' tab available at the bottom of the page.
• The system will automatically generate a unique Registration Number along with the password that will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.

Completing the HPU MAT 2026 Application Process:

• After successful completion of the registration process, click on the 'Continue' tab to fill in other required details such as Name, Parents' and Guardian's name, Aadhaar Card Number, Address, Gender, Nationality, class 10 and 12 marks, Graduation Marksheet percentage and so on.
• To save the data, click on the 'Continue and Save' tab at the bottom of the page.

Uploading of Documents:

• In this step, you have to upload a scanned copy of your mark sheet and certificates as per the following specifications:
• Photograph should be 100 KB in .jpeg or .jpg format only.
• Signature should be of 10 characters, with a maximum file size should be 100 KB, and only in .jpg or .jpeg format
• Mark sheet and Certificates should be of 2 MB only in PDF format.

Payment of Fees:

• The application fee can be paid either online or offline.

Via Online Mode:

• You can pay the application fee using Net-banking/Credit card/ Debit card.

Via Offline Mode:

• You can pay the fee in offline mode via a Demand Draft payable at any concerned bank.

Confirmation Page:

• After successful payment of fees, download the HPU MAT 2026 application form and take a printout of the same for future use.
