2. Apply the marking scheme

Add one mark for every correct answer based on the official marking scheme and subtract 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. That means for every wrong answer, there will be a deduction of 1.25 marks. Then, students subtract the second result from the first result per section. Therefore, if students do not attend 10 questions, where students just subtract 10 marks from 200, use the marking table for clarity.

3. Calculate section-wise Marks

List all five sections and their question count on a sheet. And students arrange the marks for each section separately. Note the total correct and wrong count per section and apply the marking scheme to each section.  Summarise section-wise marks before Students move to the total calculation.

4. Total Marks

Add the marks obtained in all five sections to get your total score. Use simple additions for section totals. Write the final total on the other students' tally sheet.  Use the total score to predict students' rank and admission chances. 

5. Verify and Record Students
