JEE Advanced 2026 exam dates have been announced on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The national-level examination for entry to the prestigious IITs will be conducted on May 17. 2026. IIT Roorkee, the conducting authority for JEE Advanced 2026, will release the complete schedule and other important dates related to registration, admit card, scorcard release soon. JEE Advanced 2026 registration is expected to start in April 2026. The admit cards will be released a week before the exam, which will have two papers on the same day: Paper 1 in the morning and Paper 2 in the afternoon. After the exam, response sheets, provisional answer keys, and opportunities to challenge the keys will all be available by the end of May 2026. The final answer key and results are anticipated to be announced in the first or second week of June, followed by JoSAA counselling for admissions. JEE Advanced 2026 Application Form Date 

JEE Advanced 2026 registration will tentatively begin in April 2026 on the official website jeeadv.ac.in. Applicants should know the last date to register and pay the application fees to not miss the application form submission deadline. JEE Advanced registrations are only for the candidates who have cleared their JEE main exam. 

JEE Advanced Admit Card 2026 Date 

The JEE Advanced 2026 Admit Card will tentatively be released in May 2026, a week before the scheduled exam date. Applicants can download the admit card from the official website and keep a copy with them. The admit card is an important and mandatory document for sitting in the JEE Advanced 2026 exam. Candidates can access their admit cards online by logging in with their JEE Main 2026 application and DOB (date of birth).

JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Date

The JEE Advanced 2026 counselling will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) in June 2026. The schedule for the JoSAA will be available on the official website: josaa.nic.in. JEE Advanced 2026 counselling is held in different rounds by JoSAA. The counselling process includes registration, choice filling (colleges & courses), allocation of seats, verification of documents, and reporting at the college. Applicants who have not appeared for JEE Advanced but have a rank in JEE mains can also appear for the JoSAA rounds directly. 

JEE Advanced 2026 Choice Filling Date

The JEE Advanced 2026 choice filling will be conducted in June 2026. Applicants can fill in their choice of course & college in order of preference. The choice-filling window opens after the JoSAA 2026 counselling registration. Choice filling is a very important process, and the choices filled in by the applicants will only be considered by the examination authorities. 

JEE Advanced 2026 Seat Allotment Date

The JEE Advanced 2026 seat allotment will be held after each of the 6 rounds; the 6th round is the final round. Once the seats are allocated, applicants need to do the reporting process to confirm the seat. They are required to get the document verified, pay the fees, and report to their desired college. JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Timings

The JEE advanced examination has two paper, paper 1 and paper 2. Each of these papers is for a time duration of 3 hours (each). Applicants have to attend both the exam mandatorily.
