JEE Advanced 2022 Merit List

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay released the JEE Advanced 2022 merit list along with the result of JEE Advanced 2022 and JEE Advanced Final Answer Key 2022 on September 11, 2022. The JEE Advanced merit list 2022 indicates the rank obtained by the candidates who appeared for the entrance exam. The JEE Advanced 2022 merit list includes the names of all those candidates who appeared for the exam.

The candidates can find their marks in both the JEE Advanced 2022 paper I and Paper II in the All India JEE Advanced 2022 merit list. All the eligible candidates will be invited to the JEE Advanced 2022 counselling process following which they will be offered admission into various engineering courses in 23 IITs across the country. The category-wise merit list of JEE Advanced 2022 will be released by the authorities moments after the declaration of the JEE Advanced 2022 result.

The names of only those candidates appear in the JEE Advanced 2022 merit list who appeared for both paper I & paper II and have scored the minimum JEE Advanced 2022 cutoff marks.​

Following are steps to access the JEE Advanced 2022 merit list:

• The candidates have to visit the official JEE Advanced 2022 website, i.e https://jeeadv.ac.in/

• The candidates then have to click on the link that says “JEE Advanced 2022 Rank List”

• The JEE Advanced 2022 merit list or rank list will appear on the screen

• The candidates have to check if their name is present on the list following which they have to save the merit list document for future reference

Here are some important dates regarding the JEE Advanced 2022 merit list which the candidates must be aware of:

• Only the names of those candidates will appear in the JEE Advanced 2022 merit list who appeared in both the Paper I and Paper II of the entrance examination

• The total marks obtained by the candidates will indicate the marks secured by the candidates in both the paper I and Paper II of a subject

• The JEE Advanced 2022 merit list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam

• In case, two or more candidates score the same marks, a tie-breaking policy will be employed to rank the candidates

• A waiting list for the purpose of ranking will not be present

• Those candidates who have secured the minimum requisite marks in each subject and in aggregate will find their names in the JEE Advanced 2022 merit list
