JNUEE 2019 Counselling Process

The counselling process of JNUEE begins after the result declaration. Candidates meeting the merit list prepared on the basis of written exam and viva-voce participate in JNUEE counselling.

Detailed JNUEE 2019 Counselling Procedure

  • There is a separate merit list for all the categories.

  • The names of the shortlisted candidates are published after result declaration.

  • As per the allotted time and venue, selected candidates have to participate in JNUEE counselling.

  • For document verification process, candidates have to bring the mandatory documents along with the fee.

  • To complete the admission process, candidates have to report at the allotted college after seat allotment.

JNUEE Admission Procedure

Soon after result declaration of the JNUEE, the admission process of JNU commences. On the basis of performance in the JNUEE, shortlisted candidates are invited for the counselling. The admission process depends on the marks scored by candidates in the exam.

JNU conducts viva-voce (according to the programmes) for the qualified candidates during the JNU admission process. The shortlisted candidates have to keep their documents ready at the time of the admission process of JNU.

Documents Required For JNUEE 2019 Counselling Process

Below is the list of mandatory documents that candidates are required to bring at the time of JNUEE counselling.

Note: Candidates must carry the following documents in original and photocopy.

  • JNUEE Scorecard

  • JNUEE Admit Card

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Address Proof (any related ID)

  • Graduation Certificate (for PG programmes)

  • Matric & Intermediate Mark Sheets

  • Migration Certificate

  • Transfer Certificate

  • 12 coloured passport size photographs
