Before you start the MAH MCA CET 2026 registration, you must check if you meet the required eligibility criteria set by the conducting body. Steps to Fill MAH MCA CET 2026 Application Form

MAH MCA CET 2026 registration process is being conducted in an online mode. The steps to apply for the Maharashtra MCA CET exam 2026 are explained below:-

Step 1: Registration (First-time Users):

• Visit the official website of the exam or click on the direct link mentioned above

• Once you visit the website, click on the option that says 'New Registration'.

• A new screen will open where you will have to enter your Name, Email ID and some other contact details.

• Once you submit the required information, a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen that you must note down. 

• You will also receive an email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password.  

• You can then sign in using their credentials and access the application form

Step 2: Filling the Application Form:

• You must carefully fill and verify all your Domicile and Category details as well as Academic details in the application form.

Step 3: Exam Centre Preference

• Out of all the locations available to appear for the entrance exam, choose the location where you wish to take the exam.

• If you are not able to complete the application form in one go, you can choose the 'SAVE AND NEXT' tab to save the data already entered. 

Step 4: Uploading MCA CET 2026 documents required

• In this step, you need to upload your Photograph and Signature.

• It is important to follow the specifications outlined by the authorities before uploading the scanned documents.

• In the application form, there are two separate links for uploading a Photograph and Signature.

• Click on the link 'Upload Photograph/Signature'.

• Browse and select the location where the scanned Photograph/Signature files have been saved.

• Then, select the files and click on the 'Open/Upload' tab.

• In case the Photograph or Signature is not clear then, the application can be rejected.

• After uploading the Photograph/ Signature in the online application form, you should check that the images are clear and uploaded correctly.

• If the Photograph or Signature is not showing prominently, you can edit your application and re-upload your Photographs or Signatures, before submitting the application form.

Step 5: Upload MCA CET form documents required for Proof of Identity

• You need to upload a clear image of their proof of identity according to the specifications

• It is preferable to bring the same ID proof to the exam centre

Step 6: Preview and Validate Information

• Once the information has been imputed and the MCA CET registration documents required uploaded, the final stage is to verify all the information in case of any errors

• After the application form has been cross-checked, proceed to pay the fees.

Step 4: Payment of Fees

• After uploading the MCA CET 2026 documents required, you have to submit the application fee. The application fee can be paid in online mode using a Credit Card/Debit Card.

• Enter the required details such as Card number, CVV, and Name on the card.

• Pay the application fee by clicking on the ‘Submit’ tab.

• After successful submission of the application fee, click on the 'Final Submit' tab.

After the closing of the registration process, the authorities will the MAH MCA CET form correction window so that you can edit or rectify mistakes made in the registration forms. The application form correction window will be made available in the first week of March 2026. The application form correction facility will be accessible in online mode only. The MAH MCA CET Admit Card 2026 will be issued by the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra tentatively in the second week of March 2026. To get their MAH MCA CET 2026 admit card, you must log in to the website using your application form number and password. The admit card for MAH MCA CET 2026 includes information such as the exam date and time, the exam centre location, the paper for which the applicant is sitting, basic information such as name and photo, and exam day instructions. You should be aware that admit cards will not be mailed to them. You must download it online and keep a copy of the same to be presented on the exam day.
