Candidates who are willing to take MAH-MCA-CET 2018 must carefully check whether they meet the desired eligibility criteria or not. The eligibility criteria is an essential aspect when it comes to the admission process. It is mandatory for candidates to satisfy the eligibility criteria to ensure that their applications don't get rejected and they get to appear for the examination. The eligibility criteria is stated as below:
There is no age bar for the examination.
Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
For Maharashtra State Candidature candidates and All India Candidature candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates:
For First Year Admission:
Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in any subject from a recognised university.
Candidate should have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate and 45% marks for Reserved (OBC /SC/ST/PWD) candidates.
Candidate should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at Class 12 level or at Graduate level examination.
Candidates in their final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for MAH-MCA-CET 2018 examination.
For Direct 2nd Year (Lateral Entry) Admission:
Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National:
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification awarded by a University recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in any subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidate should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in 12th or at Graduate level.
For DirectSecond year admissions, candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications or Science.
