Manipal University has prescribed certain parameters that the candidates must fulfill before filling the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2022 application form. Candidates must go through the required eligibility criteria for MET 2022. Known as MU OET earlier, the MET 2022 eligibility criteria consist of the required educational qualifications of the candidates. The MET 2022 Application process for phase 2 commenced from May 16, 2022.
The MET 2022 was conducted in multiple phases. The Phase 1 and 2 examination is for graduate programs and phase 3 is for master's programs, hence MET eligibility criteria for 2022 varies according to the selected course.
Educational Qualifications: Candidate must have cleared their 10+2or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent with compulsory subjects including Mathematics, Physics and English along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects (as optional) with at least 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and any one of the above optional subjects.
Nationality: Foreign/NRI Category: Candidates belong to the Foreign/NRI category, their admissions will be done on the basis of their marks secured in the qualifying examination.
MET 2022 Counselling: Admission of the candidates will be on the basis of their All India Rank in the Manipal Online Entrance Test or MET 2022.
Manipal University Admissions eligibility: Candidates must secure at least 50% in the MET 2022.
Note: MAHE will cancel the application of those candidates found to be ineligible post application process
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set by MAHE can proceed with filling the application form for MET 2022. The MET 2022 Phase 1 application process was concluded on May 10, 2022 and MU OET 2022 Application form for phase 2 was released on May 16, 2022. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form can proceed to slot booking and then appear for the MET 2022 exam.
