How to Apply for NBE FET 2021

NBE FET is one of the most prestigious medical examinations in the country for postgraduate medical candidates. It is important for the applicants to know how to apply for the Fellowship Entrance Examination (FET) which is conducted by the National Board of Examination. 

The NBE FET 2021 is a national level examination that can be taken by only the candidates who are eligible to apply for this examination. So before applying for the NBE FET 2021, the applicants will have to carefully know the NBE FET 2021 eligibility criteria. 

The application process of NBE FET 2021 is conducted online and all the necessary documentation has to be uploaded with the application form. In order to apply without any obstruction, the candidates will have to first register on the official site of NBE and after filling up the application form, the candidates will have to pay the application fee. Steps to Apply for NBE FET 2021

The applicants who are applying for the Fellowship Entrance Test conducted by NBE must know the exact steps to apply for the NBE FET 2021. There are five easy which one has to follow in order to apply for the NBE FET 2021. 

Step 1 - Registration

• Go to the official site of National Board of Education

• Click on the link which says “FET 2021”

• Then click on “New Registration”

• The applicants will be directed towards the Registration form (The fields which are entered in the registration form can not be changed after submission of the form. The field that has to be entered is Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email address, and Capta)

• Confirmation of the registration: after submitting the registration form, the candidates will receive a user ID and Password on the registered email address. Another SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number. 

Step 2 - Fill the application form

• Candidates who have registered must click on “Applicant’s Login” 

• This will help the candidates to access the application form with user id and password which has been sent on the email and registered mobile number 

• Click “Go to Application Form” 

• Read the instructions carefully

• The Application form has 3 sections Qualification Details, Personal Details, and Uploading of documents. The application form has to be filled in a section-wise manner. First, the applicants will have to fill in the mandatory details followed by the section which permits navigation to any section. 

• Click “Save” and then “Next”

 [Do not take any print out because the NBE will not accept any printout of the application form]

In the Personal Details Section

• Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email address.

• Father’s Name

• Mother’s Name

• Selection of PwD

• Identification Details: Voter Id Card, Adhaar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Passport. 

• Communication Adress

In the Qualification Details Section

• PG Qualification Details

• MCI/SMC registration

• MBBS primary medical qualification. 

Step 3 - Uploading the Documents

• Upload a recent passport size photograph (up to 80kb in JPEG format)

• Upload a Scanned Signature (up to 80kb in JPEG format)

• Thumb Impression (up to 80kb in JPEG format)

Step 4 - Choose the Exam Centre

Candidates will have to choose one of the four states and the city will be displayed automatically. The exam is held in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai every year. 

Step 5 - Payment of Fees

The application fee will have to be paid online. The only mode of payment is Net Banking or Card Payment. Until the fee is paid the application is not considered submitted. Once the payment is made, do not forget to download the payment receipt and download it. This would be helpful for future references. After the submission of the form and fee payment, the exam city will be confirmed.

NBE FET 2021 Application Fees

The prescribed application fee for NBE FET 2021 is Rs 3750/- for all Indian candidates.

All the applicants will have to pay the above-mentioned amount through online banking or card payment. The NBE FET 2021 application fee is the same for all applicants, there is no concession for the reserved category or any other category. 

Before Registering for NBE FET 2021

Some important instruction which the applicants must keep in mind before registering for the NBE FET 2021 has been mentioned below,

• Check the eligibility criteria either from the official information booklet or NBE FET 2021 Eligibility Criteria at CollegeDekho. 

• Make sure the email ID and contact number provided during form filling are valid and reachable. 

• Do not forget to fill the mandatory field. The mandatory fields will be indicated with an    ( * ) overhead.

• Keep ready all the documents that have to be uploaded on the NBE FET 2021 application form. Such important documents include includes documents of personal details and qualification details. 

• Do not provide any false information, if the information provided in the application and if that wrong information is reflected on the NBE FET 2021 admit card then the candidature of the candidate might get cancelled. 

• There is no provision for sending any hardcopy so interested candidates will have to apply online through the official site.
