PU UGLAW 2024 Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to get through undergraduate courses of Panjab University need to fulfil the conditions described below-

Academic qualification: 

• It is required for a candidate to pass or clear the intermediate exam or class 12 exam before applying for PU UGLAW 2024.  
• The candidate must have qualified the examination from a recognized board of education like CBSE, ICSE etc.
• The minimum aggregate of marks scored by the candidate should be 50%. The aspirants falling under the reserved category are provided with 5% relaxation. They can apply for the PU UGLAW 2024 with an aggregate of 45% marks.
• If a candidate possesses a First Degree certificate or 10+2 higher secondary pass certificate after pursuing studies from correspondence or distance he/she can also apply for the PU UGLAW 2024.

Age:

As per the guidelines of BCI (Bar Council of India), no upper or lower limit is set up for admission to the undergraduate law courses.

• If a candidate has passed or has appeared in the class 12 examination of Mahila Gram Vidyapith, Allahabad, he/she will be considered invalid to appear in the entrance exam as the institution has already been de-recognised by the Punjab University.
