SRMJEEE 2019 Exam Analysis

The SRMJEEE 2019 will be conducted by SRM University in the month of April 2019. The SRMJEEE 2019 exam analysis will be available once the exam has been conducted. Until then, you can look at the SRMJEEE 2018 exam analysis to assess the difficulty level of SRMJEEE papers of previous years. 

SRM University conducted the popular SRM Joint Entrance Engineering Exam 2018 (SRMJEEE)  over a window period of approximately 2 weeks, between 16th April, 2018 and 30th April, 2018 at various test centers. The examination is held every year for candidates seeking admission in undergraduate engineering courses offered at the SRM University campuses.

Day 1 Analysis of SRMJEEE 2018

  • SRMEEE 2018 exam conducted on 16th April had no surprises and was on predictable lines.
  • Students found Chemistry more difficult as compared to Maths and Physics.
  • The ideal strategy is to spend equal time in all the three sections and try to maximise the score.
  • In all the 3 sections, there were questions from both 11th and 12th class.

  • 75 attempts at an accuracy of 90% will surely fetch a rank under 7000, which means sure admission in any of the campuses of SRM.
  • For CS of Chennai campus, the rank has to be under 1000, which means a score of 270 plus.

SRMJEEE 2017 Exam Analysis

SRMJEEE 2017 started on April 3 and was conducted until April 30, 2017 at 118 centres across the country and at 5 centres outside India. In terms of the overall difficulty level, the SRMJEEE 2018 entrance exam turned out to be easy. However, Physics section was found to be tough, whereas Chemistry was the easiest amongst the three sections. There were many candidates who were able to complete their exam before time. Students also found some spelling errors in the SRMJEEE 2017 question paper and there were two to three questions that were incorrect.  In the exam, the number of questions asked from Class XI & XII syllabus were equal.
