WB JEMAT online application form 2023 for phase II was released onSeptember 1, 2023. The last date to fill out the phase II application form wasSeptember 7, 2023.In order to register for JEMAT 2023, candidates are required to enter their name, gender, course, category and date of birth while filling out the application form. The JEMAT application process comprises filling out the personal and academic details, uploading a photograph, and paying the registration fee. The phase II examination was conducted on September 10, 2023.

WB JEMAT phase I application form 2023 was released on May 30, 2023, by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology on the official website, cetmat.formflix.in. Candidates were able to fill out the phase I JEMAT application form online until June 19, 2023.

Applicants can apply for WB JEMAT 2023 online through the official site of MAKAUT. Here is a step-wise representation of the application process for the WB JEMAT 2023. 

Registration/Enrollment:

Candidates will have to visit the official site of WB JEMAT which is conducted by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. They will have to provide a valid email address and a working mobile number that would be available. The WB JEMAT conducting body will notify the candidates through this email id and mobile number. All information will be sent both through SMS and Email.

WB JEMAT enrollment ID:

After the registration is completed an SMS and mail will be sent to the candidate through the registered mobile number and existing email address which they provide on the form. This SMS or mail will contain the WB JEMAT 2023 Student’s ID and password of the applicant. Candidates are asked not to delete any mail or SMS related to WB JEMAT, they must be kept for future references.

Log In:

Candidates will have to use the WB JEMAT 2023 ID and Password to log in and get the WB JEMAT 2023 application form. The candidates will have to fill up the WB JEMAT 2023 application form with mandatory information such as the name of the course, candidate’s name, age, qualification, etc. Click “NEXT” to navigate to the next section where the candidates will have to upload the required documents. 

Uploading the Documents:

Important Pointers about WB JEMAT 2023 Application Process

• Applicants will have to fill up all mandatory fields like Name of applicant, mobile number, gender, date of birth, category, 

• Photograph and signature have to be uploaded as mentioned on the official site. The format of the image and signature must be JPEG. there will be two separate sections to upload the photograph and the signature separately. The image must be recent and stamp size, which can be of 20 KB - 50 KB.

•  In order to upload the signature, the candidate will have to sign on a blank paper and scan it. The size of the signature should be 10 KB - 20 KB. The application will not be considered if the image or the signature is missing. After uploading the image the candidate will have to preview the image to find out if it is properly visible or identifiable. 

• After complete registration, the number that will be sent through mail or SMS must be a unique id which must be kept safely for future references. 

• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Most importantly candidates must know that cheques, money order, postal order, postal stamps, bankers cheque or demand drafts will not be accepted for the payment of the fees.

WB JEMAT 2023 Application Fee

• The application fee for WB JEMAT 2023 is different for all the categories. For all the general categories the Application fee is Rs 600/- and for all the reserved categories specifically Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, the application fee is Rs 300/-

• The application fee of WB JEMAT 2023 has to be paid online after the submission of the form. This payment would confirm the application of the applicant.
