The XGMT registration 2026 began on August 26, 2025. The official XGMT 2026 notification was released by the XIM University, Bhubaneswar, on their official website @xim.edu.in. The XGMT entrance exam 2026 will be conducted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, on January 25, 2025, Sunday. The Xavier General Management Aptitude Test will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Before filling out the online XGMT form 2026, students must go through the XGMT 2026 eligibility criteria and ensure that they meet all requirements.

To apply for the XGMT 2026 exam, students must enter their basic credentials and important information in the New User section to obtain their unique XU ID/Login ID/Username and Password by email. After you have created an account, use the login credentials provided to you and fill out your personal information, such as personal details, educational qualifications, work experience details, etc. Choose your programme, write your Statement of Purpose (SOP), upload your photograph and signature, and hit the submit button. Now, pay an amount of INR 1800 as the XGMT application fee.

XGMT 2026 Step-by-Step Application Process

Students must visit the official portal of the XIM University, Bhubaneswar, to apply online for the XGMT entrance exam 2026. Registered students will receive a confirmation email if they have correctly completed the XGMT application form for 2026. Follow the steps given below to complete the XGMT 2026 registration process:

Step 1: Visit the official website of XIM University at xim.edu.in.

Step 2: Log in using your XU ID/Login ID and Password. The X-GMT 2026 application form will be displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Enter your personal details, academic information, and professional information. Provide details such as Name, Date of Birth, Father/Mother Name, Gender, Aadhaar Cards, Mobile/Phone Number, Qualification Details, and Certificate, etc.

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photographs and signature according to the dimensions mentioned.

Step 5: Pay the application fees through any convenient payment gateway.

Step 6: Check and submit the filled application, take a printout, and keep it safe for future reference.

Candidates will receive their Login ID and Password at their registered email address. They must save the ID and password for the following:

Documents and Details Required to Fill Out XGMT Application Form 2026

Candidates must provide their past academic information and a number of other documents to fill out the X-GMT 2026 application form 2026. Candidates may check out the XGMT information brochure and website, xim.edu.in, for the complete list. Before proceeding to complete the XGMT 2026 registration, candidates should have all of the documents listed below handy. 

• Class X marksheet or certificate

• Class XII marksheet or certificate

• Graduation marksheet or certificate

• A photo identity proof

• Digitally scanned photograph and signature: Candidates must have scanned or digital images of their signature or photo available in JPEG format in advance. The photo's dimensions must be around 200 by 250 pixels, while the signature must be around 125 by 250 pixels. The size of the image and the signature must be less than 50 KB.

• Work experience certificate: It is mandatory for candidates with relevant work experience to provide their previous employment details. 

• Payment information: Candidates must have their credit card/debit card/online payment information available with them in order to pay the X-GMT 2026 exam application fees.

• All other documents required by the X-GMT Application Form 2026 as listed in the information brochure or website for the exam.

XGMT 2026 Application Fees

For the first option or choice, the XGMT application fee for 2026 is INR 1800, and for each additional option, INR 400. Students who choose to appear for the XGMT entrance exam will be charged INR 1500 as per the updated application fee.
