To successfully submit the AEEE application form, candidates need to fill in their personal and academic details. They also need to select their exam centre, date, and slot information (if chosen), upload the documents, and pay the application fees to complete the process.

AEEE 2026 registration process consists of various steps such as registration as a new user, filling out the application form, uploading the photograph, payment of the AEEE application fee, and submitting of form. Applicants need to register themselves before filling out the application form for the AEEE 2026 exam. They need to pay an application fee of Rs 1200/- for admission through AEEE, Rs 500/- for admission through JEE Main, Rs 1200/- for admission through AEEE 2026 exam and JEE Main 2026. Applicants should submit the application form for AEEE 2026 before the last date, only the applicants who have registered and completed the application process with fees payment before the due date will be considered for issuing the AEEE admit card 2026.

To fill out the online AEEE application form 2026, applicants had to follow the below steps:
The first step is to fill out the AEEE 2026 application form and register for AEEE 2026. In order to register, applicants will have to enter their Date of Birth and a valid Email-ID.
After registering, applicants will have to enter their basic details such as
Personal Details i.e Name, Address & Contact details
Academic Details i.e year of passing/appearing, the status of examination (pass/ fail), marks details, Last attended school
Family Details i.e Name & Income details
Programme Preference: It must be noted the Programme preference is a combination of both campus and branch to be updated prior to registration for counselling.
After that, applicants will have to provide a Mode of admission i.e AEEE / JEE
For AEEE 2026: Choose Examination Center, Date, and Slot
For JEE (Mains) 2026: Enter the details as in JEE scorecard
Applicants also have an option of Choice of the city to attend the AEEE 2026 Examination.
Applicants must make sure that they fill in the correct information which matches with the information of the documents that has to be submitted later for verification.
After checking all the details, click on the ‘I Confirm’ tab.
Important Note:
In the AEEE 2026 application form, the name of the applicant and his/her parents should be exactly the same as is registered in the class 12th / equivalent qualification examination. Prefix / Title like Mr. / Mr. / Fra / Dr. / Smt / Smt / Colonel etc. should not be used.
To proceed further, applicants will have to upload scanned images of their Passport size colour photograph (recent) and Signature (as per specifications).
Applicants must note that the photo should be clear and in .jpg format

Applicants will be able to see/ re-check the information they have filled in their application and submit the application fees.

The application fee may be paid either by credit/debit card or net banking.
It must be noted that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.
The application fee once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
If the fees are paid through a credit/debit card, the applicants may have to pay an additional processing charge as per government rules.
The AEEE 2026 registration process will be conducted via online mode. Candidates were required to submit/upload the following documents while filling out the AEEE 2026 application form.
Birth certificate/class10 mark sheet
Class 12 mark sheet
A recent scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed size and format
Valid phone number and email ID
Category certificate (if applicable)
Credit/debit/net banking details if the fee is paid online

Amrita University does not provide any facility to edit the AEEE application form 2026. Therefore, candidates are advised to be careful during the AEEE application process 2026. In addition, the authorities will not entertain any request for information change done via emails.
Each candidate must submit three preferences from the list of cities, where the examination will be held. The preferences submitted by the candidate will only be indicative and a guide to the university for deciding the number of cities & centres.
Each candidate will be allotted one of the three preferred cities, preferably the first chosen city. If the examination on the first preference of a candidate will not be conducted, then the second/third one from the list will be selected on priority.
Note:
If any city in the list is cancelled due to very few registrations, the candidates who have opted for that city will be allotted another nearest city and the same will be informed to the candidates by email.
Test Centre, Number of days, and Number of operating slots in a day will be finalized based on the number of candidates for a particular city.
Visit the official website. Log in using your Application Number and Date-of-Birth
After logging in, you can select the test date and test slots based on the availability
To choose the date, click on the available date and click the 'continue' tab
In the next screen, you will be directed to select the test slot based on its availability status
Note: Since other applicants will also simultaneously use the same slot booking portal, sometimes the status presented may change when the applicant finishes their selection and the particular slot chosen by the applicant may not be available. In such a case, the applicant will be directed to choose another date and hence the slot will be given on that date
To change the Slot test date, click on the Change Slot Test Date Tab
Click the 'Confirm Slot' tab to confirm the booking
The address of the examination centre will be mentioned in the AEEE 2026 Admit Card
Note: After successfully selecting the test date and centre, no request for change will be entertained under any circumstances.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham releases the AEEE 2026 admit card on the official website. Candidates who fill the AEEE application form 2026 can download the admit card by using their login credentials. Along with the AEEE admit card 2026, candidates also need to carry a valid photo ID proof at the AEEE exam centre as uploaded in the AEEE admit card 2026.

The change of exam center and mode of exam is not possible after the final submission.
