AEEE 2026 Counselling Process

 AEEE counselling 2026 is also known as Amrita B.Tech Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) which is conducted to offer admission into the BTech courses provided at the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's five campuses (Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Coimbatore). Candidates having a valid AEEE rank or JEE Mains percentile/rank are eligible to participate in the AEEE counselling process. The details of the AEEE counseling will be communicated to qualified individuals by email, text message, and WhatsApp. 

AEEE BTech counselling 2026 comprises various stages like registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, fee payment, etc. The AEEE 2026 seat allotment will be done based upon the candidate's performance in AEEE/ JEE Main exam and the availability of seats.

AEEE Counselling Process 2026

Here is a step-by-step guide to applying for the AEEE 2026 Counselling and CSAP seat allotment -

Stage 1: Registration:

• Go to the official website of Amrita University to download the call letter for AEEE 2026 counselling

• Provide your Registration number and Date of Birth. (The name of the applicant will be as per the qualifying examination records and the Date of Birth will be valid and meet the eligibility as mentioned in AEEE 2026 eligibility criteria

• The counselling call letter will appear on the screen

• Download and take a printout of AEEE 2026 counselling for future references

Note: 

• Registering for counselling doesn’t guarantee a seat or admission. The counselling fee is refunded if the seat is not allotted due to the non-availability of the seat

• The software automatically locks the academic preferences after the deadline

Stage 2: Seat Allotment:

• The seat is allotted in accordance with the rank/score, availability of seats in the academic preferences as submitted by the candidate. The allotment is done two days after the last date of registration for counselling

• A trial allotment is done before the actual allotment

• The admission is confirmed only after the verification of the document, to ensure that the candidate meets all the eligibility requirements. In order to complete the document verification process, the candidates are required to produce the following documents in the original:

  • Provisional Seat Allotment letter

  • Seat Acceptance letter

  • Class 10 Marksheet

  • Class 12 Examination Admit Card and Marksheet

  • AEEE 2026 Admit Card (With Signature of Invigilator) or

  • JEE Mains 2026 Score Card

  • Caste Certificate such as SC / ST / BC / MBC / OBC

  • Transfer Certificate and Certificate from the Institution where candidate studied Class 12

Note: 

• Photocopies will not be accepted as proof of any data

• If the caste certificate is in a language other than English, must be certified/attached by Notary Public

• If a Transfer certificate is not issued so far, a letter from the Principal to this effect is to be submitted stating the name of the Higher Secondary School

Stage 3: Seat Acceptance:

• After accepting the seat and paying the tuition fee and if the candidate fails to submit the original certificates at the time of document verification, the seat already allotted is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded after processing charges

• Candidates can download the Provisional Seat Allotment Order after making the payment

• There are various stages of allotment for filling the vacant seats. Candidates are considered for the sliding option towards an academic preference of higher choice only if the fees are paid

Sliding option: 

• Option 1: Final: The candidate is satisfied with an allotment and no further changes are needed

• Option 2: Sliding: The candidate is interested in changing the branch within the same institution in the second allotment

• Option 3: Waiting List: This option is only for those who can not get a seat in the first allotment and want to be considered for the next allotment

• After making the payment, candidates are required to upload the plus two marks certificate/statement & transfer certificate and community certificate in the case of the SC/ST category. Original copies of this uploaded document will be produced at the time of document verification, at the reporting centre on the date allotted to each candidate

• The final process in the confirmation of seat is the document verification process. The candidate will attend the document verification process along with the parent or guardian

AEEE Counselling 2026 - Withdrawal of Admission

The withdrawal is allowed till the last date of the admissions. Refund policies are in accordance with government rules. Candidates who have withdrawn cannot be considered for further seat allocation.

AEEE Seat Allotment 2026

AEEE 2026 seat allotment result will be released round-wise in online mode. Seat allotment will be done by the admission authorities on the basis of the ranks of the candidates and their branch preferences. If any candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage, then his/her seat will be cancelled. Candidates must note that for seat confirmation, they will have to pay the required tuition fee and complete all the formalities within the stipulated time.

Documents Required for AEEE 2026 Counselling

At the time of AEEE 2026 counselling, candidates must bring the following documents along with them:

• AEEE 2026 Admit Card and Score Card

• 10th class Certificate

• 12th class Mark sheets

• 12th class Admit Card

• Transfer Certificate

• Community Certificate

AEEE Counselling 2026 - Important Instructions to Candidates

• Candidates may select any one of the three campuses among Bengaluru, Amritapuri and Coimbatore for AEEE Counselling as per their preference.

• If any candidates are applying through JEE Main 2026 rank and AEEE 2026 rank, there will be a separate seat allocation process.

• To download the call letter of AEEE 2026, they will have to log in to the website using valid credentials.

• Candidates will be shortlisted for counselling and seat allotment process on the basis of marks obtained in the AEEE 2026 and JEE Main

• A bar code verification will be held after the candidates will be entered into the AEEE 2026 counselling venue. So, they will have to carry a call letter to the counselling venue without fail.

• Candidates will be intimated about the counselling and seat allotment process through email and SMS
