One supernumerary seat will be reserved in each Institute for candidates belonging from the state of Jammu and Kashmir (morning shift only) who is currently settled in Delhi
In a scenario where the supernumerary remains vacant, then the officials will consider a Kashmiri settled outside Delhi for the vacant seat
Candidates with a family income of less than or equivalent to 8 Lakhs per annum will also be given admission in their desired programme and college provided they produce all the relevant documents (5% intake only)

Candidates with ITI certificate in Surveyor or Draughtsman are eligible for admission in Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship.
The upper age limit for Boys is 21 years and 23 years for Girls.
Candidates who have studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as subjects in Class 12th are eligible for admission in Diploma in Pharmacy course.
Candidates with ITI certificate in Radio & TV Mechanic are eligible for admission in Electronics & Communication Engineering and Electronics Engineering.
Students who have passed a one-year duration ITI course are not eligible for admission in Lateral Entry Diploma courses.
